Buckle — Local services in Fairview Heights

I went into the Buckle about 7pm Sat, April 6th. I didn't stay too long but I was in the store long enough to find 2 pair of pants & a pair of shorts. I had to find a pole to reach the shorts myself & am short so I struggled enough that the hook that held the shorts fell & clanked on the floor. Even after struggling enough to make a little noise fumbling around, still no one offered to help me. There were several employees that were not busy with other customers. I just couldn't see allowing whoever I could hunt down to open a fitting room or ring me up to get that commission do I left the items & left the store. I've shopped at this location quite a few times and I have to say it seems to have gone substantially down hill with customer service. I can't imagine the employees that were there that evening are held to any kind of standard or consequences when they are...

Excellent shopping experience! Great variety, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had sizes that fit even the wee-man. I was impressed with how they asked me questions to help me find the things I was looking for by opening my eyes to new styles.

I went into the buckle today and immediately Selena came to help me. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the mood in the store. It was really upbeat and an enjoyable experience!!
