I donât really have time to leave reviews for stores like this, but I left this location really disappointed and frustrated, so I am going to talk about it. Every single employee there today was rude to my daughter and I. We came in 30 minutes before closing, every employee was stocking shelves and ignoring customers. Today was the once a year sale of candles, $5.95. We came just for this sale and had a lot of candles in our bag. My daughter had the email pulled up at home and showed me and said âletâs go over real quickâ she took a screen shot because last time she was in there her emails wouldnât load when in the store. (And they scanned the screenshot) The girl at the counter took the phone scrolled in and out and said we canât scan this, it wonât work...itâs a screenshot...but wouldnât try... because we all know that it would work. So my daughter starts trying to get her email to load and after many uncomfortable minutes it wouldnât. This employee stood there with her arms folded with a scowl on her face. Apparently the customer doesnât matter anymore. First, why would we know about the sale without the email. Second, bath and body sends these emails to everyone signed up and itâs multiple emails a day. At this point the store is closing and the girl says we can buy them 2 for $18. (Which i didnât buy) the staff seemed so put out that my daughter stopped waiting for it to load and we left. I honestly will not go back to this location even though itâs a mile from my house. Very braty, snobby girls that made us feel very uncomfortable like we were criminals or someone trying to con them. Really weird..... horrible customer service, and after reading a bunch of the recent reviews a lot of people are saying the same things about this location. Lastly! Why would a huge company like Bath and Body have any issues with giving the coupon or discount to someone that left it at home or couldnât load an email? Is it really that big of a deal?    Read moreI was shopping with my sisters the other day and I over heard one of the girls saying it's her first day and she didn't know what she was doing exactly and the manager, Hope I believed her name was made her employee out to be like they were stupid. The manager started making sarcastic remarks at her when she was wondering what she should doing next and where she would find missing products, she told the girls sarcastically "if you can't find missing product where do you look?" And the one of the girls said "I don't know I'm still new at this and the manager with her remark said "you would look in under stock or in the back. You gotta be on top of things ladies it's not that hard to do floor sets you gotta be fast and pick up on things fast." and me as a customer hearing that it was these girls first day and she was making them out to be stupid and that they should already know what they're doing it is a little ridiculous I'm surprised she doesn't talk to customers that way if they don't know for example like what a certain product is used for. I just thought it was rude of her and customer shouldn't have to hear a manager talking to her employees like that.    Read moreHad the worst experience in this location & I hate to think that it was due to the color of my skin because that would be a sad situation , my son & I went into this location, as soon as I walked in I notice 2 employees there just talking ,so I walked passed them 5 min into my shopping mind you they didn't greet me or asked if I needed help, so here I have my son holding all my products that I was getting and they never came to offer a basket NOTHING, I just thought ok maybe they don't do this is this store, so they are there whispering to each other, making eye contact with me, so I start feeling like they are watching me or talking about me. Well more people came in and right away they would greet them offer a basket even walk them to show them their clearance area ,But they did not do that to me and my son NOTHING they gave us the cold shoulder and even my son notice that they were giving us the stink face and ignoring us, like I mentioned I would hate to think it was due to the color of our skins because the other customers were treated so well but me and my son were so disrespected. Even when I paid the lady was rude didn't say hi, just started scanning my stuff threw it in a bag and walked away from the cashier once I paid. I WILL NEVER RETURN...
