DO NOT go to this store if you have a hard time shopping for clothes, deal with body image issues, had a child and trying to figure out sizes again (my case). I’m visiting from Washington closer to the Seattle area, let that put some light on how bad my interaction at this store when I live in the armpit of Washington. I believe the woman’s name is Shawna, older gal with dyed red hair. From the moment my friend and I walked in the store it felt off, regardless of that what happened was my friend and I are both trying to figure out our sizes and not feeling well about having to get bigger sizes than we are used too. She asked if we were doing alright while in the fitting rooms and my friend asked her if she could grab a few bigger sizes. When she was repeating all the sizes back it was very loud and not in a good manner and let me tell you I heard that and started listening in to make sure my friend wasn’t being treated bad. Next, I’m a truck driver and they do not provide anything in the dressing room other than one tiny chair (enough to hold your purse and clothes) so I just went to sit on the bench right outside the dressing room to make sure the pants don’t cut in to my belly since I spend over 8 hours a day in that position. I don’t think I was sitting down for even 45 second before Shawna walks up to me and says “are you just sitting” I explained I drive truck and just need to sit for a sec to make sure they work, she looks at me and says “well there is people waiting on you to be done with the dressing room” this was the first pair of pants. I just about broke down in tears because I have felt so defeated and stuck to online shopping for this reason and the first time I go out and while on vacation and i get this treatment. Nope, I did not try anymore of the clothes on and was absolutely done. It gets worse because she walks up to us asking “did I let you sit long enough” and there was just a way she was talking to me I felt a bit belittled in such a passive way that I was shaking and I mean from what I do with work I’d like to say I don’t have the thinnest skin so this spoke volumes. Very distasteful in every aspect from this woman with every interaction the whole time we were in the store. I had to walk out so I didn’t get mean and sadly it ruined the whole rest of the day with my body image and shopping and that was the first store we...

Read moreMy rating has nothing to do with the quality of the product rather the confusing nature of the staff. There was no consistency amongst who I received the help from and as every time I came out of the dressing room there was somebody else I had to grab and when presenting them with information I had received from a previous employee to why I wanted to change a particular pair of pants, I was given a completely different version of the product specifications and happening twice okay but when it happened a third time it just became very frustrating cuz I didn't know what to believe. I will shop online...
