Shopped here today and it was an AWFUL experience. I had a return with no receipt and asked for store credit the cashier asked for my card to look up the transaction I said no I didn’t pay with it I think I even paid with a gift card so the store credit is fine. She would not drop it. She asked MULTIPLE times. I said you can see the ticket still on it can you just make a new one and give me store credit. Again, brought up my card and so finally gave it to her to show her it will not work. She had me run it and nope didn’t work. She asked me to do it again, did it and guess what? Didn’t work. Like I said. Then she kept looking at my return and humming and I said can you please ask someone to make you a ticket so I can move on with my return mind you I have a hard time standing so this was very much prolonged already. She asked someone to do a ticket lookup and she said they can’t find it can we give you $16.99 I said well I paid $20 and the ticket shows that. She was extremely rude I finally gave up. The worse experience ever!! The store was extremely disorganized. I had to keep moving stuff just to get through with my cart and MANY items did NOT have the tickets so how are we supposed to know the prices? Go through that whole process again?? I called the manager Ryan and instead of apologizing he said “well you're upset what can I do to make you happy” in a rude tone. Maybe consider training your cashiers to LISTEN to the customers, not be rude so in the future it’s an easier and quicker transaction....
Read moreEmployees who are wearing normal plain clothes with no identifying name or business name or logo repeatedly followed me around the store acting as if they were talking on the phone pretending to shop and when I asked them why it was the they were following me they just asked me if I was okay and they don't know what I'm talking about and as I proceeded to keep asking another employee and playing close approached and asked you to leave the store because I have been there shoplifting previously and I ask for proof of this so-called alleged incident involving somebody who looked as I did as the guy continue to tell me and they told me that they don't need to prove anything to me and if they know with their own eyes and so I asked to talk to the manager and within them going and pulling up pictures or videos whatever the hell they did I'm not quite a hundred percent sure they apologized to me and asked if I would like to get discounted price for my merchandise that I was going to buy I felt that it was very disrespectful for those employees to not only stalk me in the store but you accuse me of trying to defraud their company was very unprofessional I would not be...

I picked up a pair of shoes for my son on an end cap that said "back to school" and listed the price as on sale, there were at least 15 other pairs of this same shoe on this end cap so it wasn't as if the pair I picked up were just misplaced. When I got to the register the shoes did not ring up on sale and the cashier who was very kind asked the front end manager about the price discrepancy to which the manager very rudely snapped back the prices are as labeled on the tags. No apology for their mislabeled end cap and no real courtesy at all. I inquired further if she could show me which shoes were in fact on sale and she said to just look at the tags. After trying a couple times to be kind to this manager I simply decided to tell the cashier I didn't want the shoes and told the manager that they should probably change the for sale sign if they weren't going to honor any sale prices.
