I have been a customer for many years at this store and I have 5 phones that has all their screens protectors. Being a customer does not matter. We all learn our lesson one day. About a month ago I got a new product made of glass for a S21, according to the guy that installed it, this was very good. It passed 3 weeks and I noticed the edges of the screen protector deteriorating, because of the lack ot time I went today to the store and I complained to the the employer that their product was not good and was defective. Apparently he did not even acknowledge what I said, he responded to me, let me check the account and he found 2 accounts, then he said ok it was done on March 5th so it'll be 10 dollars and I said wait a minute why do I have to pay for something that I didn't even want to have on my phone, I explained him the other employee said this would be better for your phone because is not flat and its new and is great. I said I wanted the other type, the one I had on my iPhone. Then He said, it has been more than 7 days so you will have to pay and I said in 7 days you can't notice this, I only put it in and out of my pocket and as you can see I haven't dropped my phone. He said, I have 2 options for you either pay or contact management and I said we'll I am not paying you should replace it for free. I said as you know I really don't have time for this and he said well you have the time to argue with me and i said yes because I can't pay for some product your company offers and is defective.. Then he said, well you can choose any of the options or I would ask you to leave and he threaten me to call security and the police, all the time I was calm and I even called the police and asked if they had the right to do so, they said yes and when I came back inside the store I asked for the manager or contact info and he did not want to provide it, he only provided and email. I ended up leaving with the same useless product they sell. I paid 69 dollars for it and so far I have paid during this past years over 400 dollars. Sometimes is ridiculous what be have to go through in order to realize how valuable we are to companies. This employer which I do not know his name, he rather jeopardize the relationship of a good customer over an argument, apparently he was having a bad day or does not like his job any more. If the company reads this, this happened today 4/14/21 at approx 11:30 maybe in this way they will figure the name of the employer. Please, please please, don't waste more money and time with this uneducated people. I rather buy on Amazon cheaper and I found they have good products and those are not overpriced, seriously 69 bucks for this and on top 10 to replace it after 1 month is not a good investment. Rethink about it, read more real reviews based on real experiences and do your research. Read moreI went to the store to get screen protectors put on my 2 iPads. I wasn't given any options up front or pricing prior to the services being done. I did tell them that I wanted what was on my phone, which is the film protectors and not to worry about the backs of them. When I came back to retrieve my iPads the lady said oh by the way it's $60 each and we only have the option for tempered glass. I expressed that we do not like the tempered glass that is offered at your store. I wasn't given any solutions at the time as to rejecting the glass protectors on the screen, so being I received a product I paid for it as she asked. I was told today by Cole I could of rejected at the time of service, but because I didn't we couldn't do refunds. I expressed frustration in the store and the employees in the store at the time didn't give me any additional options. Just wanted me to pay. After talking to Cole today, he said they for sure have film that could be placed on the specific iPads, so not sure why the employees didn't offer that to me. He did say that they could do a difference of the cost of the film vs the glass. But if I was told the prices up front I wouldn't of proceed with any services and walked right back out of the store. I also have left 2 message for the manager Tyler to call me back, but he can't be bothered to call me back instead having his lead call me with no answer or solutions really. Read moreI called to order the black glass for my iphone 14 pro max on a Monday and was told that it would be ready to be assembled by Wednesday the same week, I then called for an update on Wednesday night and was told it would be in either Friday the same week or Tuesday the following week. I then waited until Wednesday the following week and found out that they hadn’t even ordered it yet. It was still sitting in the cart waiting to be ordered. I then told them to order it and was told it would come in Friday the same week and it did not come in Friday. It came in Saturday afternoon. I got a phone call that said it was in and made an appointment the same day to get it repaired. They did a decent job replacing the back but, there are fingerprints on my camera lenses on the inside. It is driving me crazy and I haven’t even had it back for 5 hours. I dropped it off at two on Saturday and was told it would be done by 5. I waited and didn’t get anything, 530 come around and my boyfriend called twice to figure out what was going on. They didn’t answer the phone either time and called him back eventually around 6 and said “I don’t know if someone has called yet but your phones been done” through this whole process they gave me $30 off the repair.
