Read moreI used to go to the Riverdale location before we moved. Now the Farmington is the closest location I have. I have been going there for months and not ONCE have I been given my rewards balance or have I been asked if I want to use my rewards points, which is something Riverdale asked me every time I bought something. There is usually a line and by the time I get up there I feel like I shouldn't have to stop the cashier and say "Hey wait, what is my balance and can I use my own points please?" when other locations offer this information up front. I feel it is customer service. Today I went in and made an 80 dollar purchase and the free gift that was advertised wasn't given to me. Now I realize that they could have been out of the free gift, but how would I know? There was a line, the one cashier behind the counter who was helping me when I got up there was also having to call for help on the floor because a customer needed help on the floor and couldn't find anyone, and she didn't bother to give me my rewards balance or ask me if I wanted to use the points. It was a general "ring it up, put it in the bag, where do you want your receipt? next" transaction. This isn't the only time either, it is like this every time I go in. I can definitely tell that Riverdale offers better customer service than Farmington overall and this is based on me shopping in Farmington over the...
Read moreHorrible experience at this store. I was simply shopping for my girlfriend’s wish list. Jenny, the manager, and the other employees followed me around the store and basically accused me of stealing, asking me if I had changed my mind about some Anastasia Beverly Hills that I had put back. They even had a security guard follow me around the store, maybe because I was gonna buy lipstick? I don’t know. It was crazy and extremely offensive. In the end, I didn’t buy anything. I had come to this store only a couple days ago with my girlfriend and we had a pleasant experience, but going in by myself was obviously a mistake. Can a man not buy makeup? Wow. When I asked to file a complaint or speak to Jenny’s superior, they told me they don’t have any complaint forms and that her boss wasn’t in and they couldn’t “give out schedules.” So I just have to call frequently in the hopes of catching Jenny’s superior. Wow. They harassed me and couldn’t even escalate my complaint on their harassment. They didn’t want my money, I guess, they wanted to make me feel like a criminal. I will not be returning to this location. I will file a formal complaint and I advise everyone to avoid this store, at least when the...
