Vapor Maven — Attraction in Farmington

I should have paid attention to the reviews before driving all the way to this god forsaken place. My girlfriend and I walked in to the store to hear the clerk speaking loudly and using profanities with a customer about an experience with a previous customer being upset with her because she had not given him the correct information about a product she had sold him. After she was done I asked her for a specific pen to fit a vape cartridge I have. Showed her the cartridge, she took it, went to the case, pulled out what she said I needed and sold it to me. I got into my car after exiting the store and opened the box to discover that it was NOT the correct pen needed. I immediately went back into the store and told them it was not correct and was told that they could not return the item even though the clerk told me it was what I needed. Then a young man claiming to be the district manager came out and said he would not give my money back because I left this store with the product. Vapor Maven now has their pen back and refused me my money. Now I can understand why the customer she was talking about threatening her was so upset. My first and last time...

This place is absolute joke the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.. After spending 120.00 of my hard earned money at this place just to get a brand new broken mod we was told that we had 14 days of warranty if anything was wrong with it.. Guess what brand new it came with a burnt coil and a pod that leaks..I take my receipt in there the next day to talk to the manager Dave who at first said no it's only 48 hour warranty and I said no you told me 14 days so after he was proven wrong about that he goes and gets a piece of paper and starts reading off all these reasons why I can't get a refund or a exchange.. Apparently brand new mods come with burnt up could and pods that leak and that's normal and I was told I'm beat.. This guy is a horrible example of customer service this man used probably with my girlfriend and I and had a attitude the whole time... Guess what...

Manager recommended Vaporesso xros. Quit working 7 days later. Refused to exchange. Didn’t even ask to see the item. Will never shop here again. USA Vapor Trails is the best. Have never been treated in a bad way. Always friendly and cares about their customer. This is why I’ve been their customer for over 5 years. Shame on Vapor Maven! Owner's post is comical. I have just learned this store had a bad rep. Realized that too late. There are two places close by, one around the corner on Potosi street and the other is USA Vapor Trails, also on Potosi street. Vapor Trails is awesome and reliable. Very trustworthy. I've also shopped at the other one on Potosi street. Do not go to Vapor Maven because they are there to make money not to help...
