Rent-A-Center — Local services in Farmington

We were renting a table from rent a center and we were originally quoted around $126 a month so we decided it would be worth it. The table ended up being around $170 a month so we decided to send it back. One of the movers came to get the table today when we asked for them to come pick it up THURSDAY and would not stop knocking on my door and my window and looking in my window. You read that right! Looking through my window. I was not answering the door after that point when my boyfriend was down the road until he came home. I called the cops and the cops said they couldn’t do anything. I called the store and they “understood” I will be contacting the district manager and will be going into the store until I see a corrective action taken. I don’t feel as if anyone would be comfortable with being home alone with two babies under 3 and someone looking through your window just to collect a kitchen table. They have nice products but it’s not worth the price or rudeness from every employee at the location. I will never do rent...

Made An EARLY Payment on December 28th, to Get Me til January 5th. Returned the Item on December 31st, as We Had Purchased One Out Right, and Requested My Remaining 5 Days be Refunded to Me Since I Was Returning the Item. I Was Told That Wasn't Going to Happen Per Their Company Policy! Qhen I Explained I Had Paid for 5Days I Will NOT Be Using, the Manager Replies "Well You Can Keep it to til Saturday." I Told the Manager I Was NOT Keeping the Item When I Had Brand New One at Home and No Longer Needed This One. I Told Him He Could Refund My 5Days and I'd Consider Renting From Them in the Future, or I'd Despute it With My Bank AND Never Use Rent a Center Again. The Manager Replies "Over $15?! I Don't See Your Point." The Point is I'm No Longer Using This Item and Returning it to You and Your Refusing to Give Me My Money Back, That's the Point! Definitely Will NOT Rent From Rent a Center...

Never came an fixed a issue that was wrong with my fridge when delivered after a month I decided to return it was told the next day between 2 an 4 get a call from the delivery guy around 10am saying cause of bad weather supposed to come they are coming early I said I'm at work you will have to call me I do home health cant just leave my clients my nearly 18 year old son was there along with my other 2 teenage kids when they got there they wouldn't take the fridge because I wasnt there my son called me to tell me they wouldn't I told him to tell them take or leave it but I wasnt paying another payment one of the guys told my teenage kids to tell me if I was going to steal then I would be charged an held liable an left I called the manager who said he should of never said that especially since I wasnt even behind on my payment will never rent...
