GameStop — Attraction in Federal Way

I would give it one star but im giving it an extra becauseit had items i needed in stock. The older lady who was working at the time was not very friendly and had an attitude (for absolutely NO reason) towards me! if I didn't NEED the item that day, I definitely would have took my wallet somewhere else based off of her lousy customer service skills alone. I also purchased a game, and brought the case (there's literally tons) from the shelf, she picks it up and says, "you didn't need to bring this up here" um, ok then why even have them sitting out there, how the hell am I supposed to know that, I even apologized out of reaction, when I definitely shouldn't have. After spending almost a grand im gathering my bags, her and her minion just stood there and I had to tell them to have a nice day! Definitely wont be going back to...

I just wasted 14 hours waiting outside in the cold for GameStop's "each location will have at least two PS5s" promotion. I was 4th in line only to find that each location literally only had two PS5s.

I thought small towns would have two and larger urban areas like this would have at least four to six.

I'm not even mad they didn't have the inventory, I'm mad they didn't post it on the door when they had so few. Each of the six locations I checked out yesterday got 50+ people waiting by opening this morning. GameStop had no respect for peoples' time giving them the hope to wait outside in the cold for nothing.

Tried to pay for an amazon gift card with a game stop gift card. Gentleman at the counter stated they could not do that and any gift card that could be used for a cash equivalents in person needed to be paid with cash or card.

Went to the game stop on 31840 pac hwy and they were able to do it no problems. Was in and out in under a minute. Clerk stated there wasn’t any resctrictions on gift card purchases. Even other gift cards. So FYI for anyone wanting to do the same. There isn’t any resctrion and he can process...
