Video Only — Local services in Federal Way

I bought a TCL 55” mini LED from the Federal Way Video Only around Thanksgiving. The salesman recommended this TV based on what I could afford & the size my wife needed in her memory care room which saved me a lot of money and my wife loved it. Recently my wife lost her remote & we can’t find it anywhere in the room. When looking on Amazon for a replacement all the remotes that say they are replacements for our TCL also list many other TV models that they can work for. Then they have a statement FREQUENTLY RETURNED ITEM outlined in amber. Also these Amazon remotes don’t usually have a voice command option. Rather than buy a remote that may not work for us I went back to Video Only for expert advice. Josh gave me the website to order the exact, specific remote we need instead of wasting time & money on something that may not work. As I was about to leave, Mason, the store manager brought me the remote I needed that was extra from a TV that was the same model as ours and gave it to me. I think the advice & customer service at Video Only is exceptional. Video Only is the electronics store I highly recommend. They really take care of their customers!! Thanks so much...

They were absolutely awesome people. They were kind, knowledgeable, well equipped to answer questions they didnt have an immediate answer for, and most of all very extremely patient.

I was unsure. A little back and forth. With their specific help i was able to find the perfect tv at a great price and had a wonderful time shopping and deciding.

They were super approachable we had great story time and they talked as real people and not as salesman. They didnt try to sell me on a specific tv or a more expensive option. They helped me find exactly what i wanted and i left the store with zero regret.

Anyone who is unsure of a tv... unsure if walmart or best buy might be the choice for you.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the federal way video only. The show floor is concise, clean, and makes sense. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by a salesperson named Mason. I had originally purchased a new TV across the parking lot at Costco and was only going to stop into video only to grab an HDMI cable and to browse and compare prices. After a brilliant display of sales tactics and just general insight, Mason had gleaned that I had purchased a new display and that he could definitely save some money for me. After working out the details and listening to what he had to say I returned my TV and purchased one from video only saving me hundreds, to the point that i was able to also purchase a new sound system at an incredible price point bundled with the tv.
