If I could provide a 10 star review, I certainly would. Jared, our business professional, was over the top helpful, knowledgeable, professional, patient, courteous, polite, accommodating and kind. We truly enjoyed working with him and the other helpful staff at this location. We are both senior citizens, with a small local business. He found a good solution to help our customers and make things generally more manageable and economical. Although Verizon, the company, is a necessity in our business traveling, we would prefer a company that would not have videos of indecent drag queens on their floor sample model phones. Please note this Verizon! Also, it is imperative that Verizon provides coverage to Evansville Wisconsin, a mere 20 minutes from this location. Good place but rubs me the wrong way that it’s named Orchard point because they tore down a gorgeous apple orchard long ago to make it. Could have built everything around some of the orchard and maintained its history even better. Whatever , those that recall the orchard are dying off so everyone will forget...
