This location is not worth going to. Every time I go to specific Starbucks, it's a similar experience and today was my last time. I ordered the same beverage I always do, 2-3 times a week. It was not made correctly. Normally I'd drink it anyways, I'm not big on complaining as I work in the service industry and I know it's not fun dealing with unhappy customers. But I thought maybe if I be really nice about it and ask them to remake it, I'd be a lot more happy with my drink.. I didn't order all week and wanted to treat myself while running errands. When I asked them to re make it, they demanded it wasn't wrong and told me no. Again, I order the same thing every time and it was definitely wrong... I accepted their answer and left.. My fiancé then tried the coffee and brought it back in (he knew how excited I was) and asked them to remake it, they gave him a lot of attitude and eventually after a few minutes of bickering with us, another employee remade the drink. It was perfect. Night and day to what I had received before...It could have been so simple, and although I ended up with a great beverage in the end, service is HUGE for me. Read moreThis is an extremely rare one-star review for me to write. I was told they were having equipment troubles and that they would need to make my coffee as a pour-over. One barista said it would 5-7 minutes but the one that was making it chimed in and said it would be 3-5. I was in no hurry and said I could wait. I did, for 22 minutes without a single one of the five Associates working speaking to me. Around the 20 minute mark they finally started making my order as if they had forgotten about it entirely. I didn't count, but a good 10-12 drinks were made in between me ordering and them starting mine. I waited another 5 minutes and finally gave up. Read moreTo the person who posted before me, this Starbucks is AMAZING the Barista’s are super nice and friendly and defining go out of their way to make sure your experience here is so great. I asked today why they “refused service” on October 7, 2017. They informed me that the were told to close earlier by their superior due to a health concern they were not/would never refuse service just because they wanted and that’s what I had a hard time believing so I asked what happened.
