Been with One AZ for 12 years and have always met the most delightful people at their branches. Today was no exception! Met up with the new branch manager, Beth Brown after speaking with a fantastic teller, Ryan. I put Ryan through his paces, asking him multiple questions on things as they popped into my head when I had come in for one query, lol. He was an absolute delight, patient and professional and assisted with my auto lay set up. He then found out that Beth was available for my other multitude of questions and I was able to see her quickly. Had met with Calia (sp?), the previous Branch Manager before she retired and she was a delight, so I told Beth she had some big shoes to fill. After meeting and going over business with Beth, I am sure she is more than capable of filling those shoes! She gave me excellent financial investment information that I had never checked into before and was able to get an instant approval for an auto loan. Her expertise and banking experience is a huge asset to One AZ! She had left a bank where she was employed and come over to One AZ credit union. I can't think of a more excellent recommendation to come to a credit union than having someone of her caliber switching to here. If you're on the fence about becoming a credit union member, don't hesitate! One AZ has everything that you need and the people are honestly personable, friendly, exceptional individuals, with a wealth of knowledge and experience! Plus, great rates and, your a member, not a client of a banking institution. I highly recommend the Folks at the...
Read moreTerrible online service. After moving from AZ to a separate state due to a military move, I received a voice mail saying that One AZ is withholding the information my new state requires to get new car registration until I pay a processing fee. I never received a letter in the mail or email, nor is there a statement on my account online.
They were helpful with instructions on how to deposit the money they were asking for, however, everytime I ask for a notification for when I can expect this service to be complete, I am told that "we do not typically send notification."
After chatting about a representative (which I will keep unnamed because I'm sure it's not their fault) on the live chat function within the last 5 minutes, I was typing a similar complaint to this in the post chat survey. In the middle of typing my review, I was logged out of the application. I was actively typing when I got kicked out and could not write my dissatisfied review.
There is no reason I should not get written notification of a bill that is due for a service. And then I should also receive a written notification when the service is complete. I should not have to worry about my new state registration being completed because I do not know if One AZ sent the information they require or not. That is poor customer service for a customer who was forced to change states by military orders.
I hope my registration goes through to my new state. Hope is my only assurance at this point. One AZ Credit Union, please fix your stance...
Read moreCruz is great to work with, and the staff at this branch are pretty nice. That is where the positives end for me. If you ever move away from AZ, be prepared to go through the works. We recently moved across the country, and we gave the bank a travel notice and changed our address with them. They then proceeded to lock our card every time we tried to make a transaction. The customer service is non-existent, and hearing back is excruciatingly slow. The text message they're supposed to send you to confirm if it's you making the transaction doesn't even get sent out until 20 minutes after you've been standing at the cash register. We tried to utilize the chat option, but the person took so long to respond to one thing that the service was useless. She eventually asked our card info and then proceeded to say she couldn't find our account that we were looking at, open and active. Which brings me to their app, it's probably one of the worst banking apps I've ever used. The transactions take forever to go through. You could make a purchase and not see that notification come through until hours or even days later. The whole point of the notification is to see a transaction when it happens. The design of the app is just wonky, slow, and not very well organized. The bank hours aren't that convenient. 9 to 5... the exact hours people have to be at work. With not even a Saturday to make up for lost time. I'd only use oneaz for their loan services, but I had to switch banks because I just can't handle them as an...
