I dropped by to check out if the store had any shirts for hiking that would work out better for me than the Columbia shirt I had purchased from REI. The manager (she) of the store was incredibly helpful and suggested one that did work out better than the Columbia shirt. She had also made some great suggestions for hiking pants that were spot on for me after I had purchased them via online (the store did not carry petite sizes). Used to be a fan of the company bought their gear solely for the honerable way they handled their waranty policy's... Fast forward to 2024 they no longer honor the warrantys they advertise. The company clearly advertises a lifetime warranty but do not be fooled they do not honor it definitely false advertising and they are definitely lying... Don't be fooled Eddie Bauer...
