Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Flagstaff

While traveling through Arizona with my family this week, we kept spotting Dutch Bros. Coffee locations. We don't have these out east. Curious, we decided to stop at a Flagstaff location and try it out for the first time. At the drive-thru, a friendly employee came out to take our order. Since we weren’t familiar with the menu, I asked her to surprise us with something she personally recommended. I told her it was our first visit and didn’t want to hold up the line while I stumbled through the menu. She confidently suggested a drink she liked and assured us we'd enjoy it. When we pulled up to the window, another team member asked me to confirm the order. I explained what just happened and that I didn't know what we ordered. She laughed and said, “That’s exactly what she always gets for herself. Makes sense!” When the drink was ready, she handed it over with a smile and said, “Have a great day!”

Just want to give a big shout out to Noah, he is the sweetest employee at this Flagstaff location! Usually I'm annoyed at the over pepiness as it feels forced most of the time and very nosy questions get asked, i know that sounds horrible but after waiting in line for half an hour i would just like to purchase my drink and get to my next destination. But Noah has been an Angel any time we have the pleasure of having him put in our Order, very genuine and caring. He's honestly our favorite employee there and i hope many good things come his way. I heard there is a new location opening up on the East side of Flagstaff which hopefully will help with the lines and unfortunate accidents. Beverages are always tasty and the combinations of what you can order is insane, but not once has an order been made incorrectly on our part which we appreciate. Great coffee, but I give them one star because Dutch in general really needs to evaluate their times on getting people through the drive thru. Time is money for a business, if you guys continually pulled the cars forward through the drive thru you would make a lot more money, just look at chick fli a. Time is money, and could potentially hurt future repeat customers. Great coffee, however it should not take 20 min for a coffee in the drive thru. Will not come back, due to long lines, and wait times. You can offer great customer service without an excessive wait time. Plus is your gonna compete with others in the coffee business lower the prices of your gonna have that long of a wait, you’re not benefiting yourself with other competitors.Fast and friendly is key.
