Over Easy — Restaurant in Flagstaff

Every time I order here they mess up something in my order. This time they did say they would refund me for the mixed up item. But the last time this happened and they gave me uncooked bacon on my sandwich that I ordered to work they said they could not help me unless I came in. Which I could not as I had used my break to pick up the meal and they close before I get off work. Then the other time I tried ordering online the bacon looked like it had a bite taken out of it and was TINY. So I didn't eat it then either. So I would only recommend this place if you have time to sit down and eat, they can't seem to figure out how to get online orders correct or how to solve them for paying customers. The place looks and feels amazing. They kept the open kitchen design from the previous restaurant and it feels like a 1960s diner. The food was great, nicely sized omelette and the fruit cup, even with mostly cantelope and honeydew. Easy to place an order, to go for me. The only reason I gave it four stars was the service charge on the receipt. When I glanced at the menu online I walked in and knew my order. So when I placed it, got my food and left, I noticed an 8% surcharge. This is after I tipped already so I'm not sure if this is extra tipping or due to the location. I wish it was posted more. Second rating on Over Easy because google apparently refuses to stop asking me to review even though I already did a week or more ago. DO BETTER GOOGLE. Way to hot inside. Had to sit outside.

Too loud 📢 inside, we sat outside which was nice. Extremely long wait times due to the popularity of this place. It was tasty but a lil spicy 🔥 for my taste. The burn from the spice just intensified with each bite so much so that I was unable to finish my meal.
