Well wanted to try something for a dessert after dinner so my mom suggested that we try this place. The store is clean and smells like cookies baking so bonus. There wasn't much of a wait however the staff didn't seem too interested in helping anyone out or even saying anything to us or the people before us. Being a new customer they didn't even greet us or let us know what was what, had to just assume they were too busy to care. We ordered off a ipad that wasn't wiped between uses and it's unfortunately not a good way to entice people to keep coming here or feel welcome. Anyways it was also a massive let down they didn't have a small cookie sampler box or offers. They have huge cookies or a 4 pack for like 14 bucks. So we got a sugar cookie with icing and a chocolate chip cookie and a small little ice cream. I asked for a spoon and they didn't have any upfront when I asked, so they went and got more. But the guy who got it seemed not to want to be bothered with such a task and sounded moody. After that I thanked them anyways and walked out. The chocolate cookie was decent had a crunch/softness it wasn't too sweet and the ice cream wasn't bad either. But the moment I tasted the sugar omg it hurt my teeth so bad I barely finshed half before I got rid of it. It was so super sugary felt like I ate a cup of pure sugar and added as cookie with a pint of icing. I don't mind sweet I have a decent sweet tooth but that was way way to sugary even for a sugar cookie. The lack of options for smaller size cookies or better options was disappointing. Overall I don't think I will be back from the lack of customer service and attitude to the pricey bowl of sugar it wasn't worth my time or money sadly.

Two years ago, you could get a single cookie for $2.75, or four of them for $10. Now a single cookie is $5, or $15 for four of them. Look, if I’m going to pay five dollars for a single cookie, it had better taste like grandma just whipped that bad boy out of the oven, it is the size of a hubcap, and it is hand-fed to me on a hammock. But, I was hungry. I had five dollars to spend. Would I buy a cookie, or would I buy heart medicine for our parakeet? Thanks, Crumbl, for putting me in that situation. Sampson probably won’t make it through the night, but at least my belly is filled with a five dollar cookie. Also, I stood there for a while, wondering why the girl wasn’t turning around to see what I wanted to order. After about two minutes, I saw another customer come in and use the little terminal to place her order and pay for it before the girl would turn around. What in the world? I don’t want to run a cash register if I’m paying 8 grand for a cookie. I had no idea that I would be temporarily employed by Crumbl during my five minutes inside the place. Dumb.

I went into the Flagstaff Arizona crumbl location yesterday June 12, 2024 at approximately between 10:50am and 11:15am I bought 2 cookies which came out to $10.90 as you can see in this picture I was charged twice for $10.90 and a third time for $407.79. That is ridiculous!!!! I have been so freaking stressed out because my account is about to go negative because of this mess up. How could someone mess up so bad on a charge??????? I am demanding this be fixed immediately! I also left a message last night before they closed around 9:46pm and they don’t close until 10pm someone very well could have answered the phone. How very unprofessional. So needless to say people if you go to the flagstaff AZ location bring cash or they’ll charge you an arm and a leg.

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to write about my bad experience here last night. The cookies here are amazing, but the service is awful. We showed up at 8:45 thinking they closed at 10, as stated online; however, upon arrival, a sign on the door said 9. I apologized when we walked in and asked if we should come back another time, but the employees (unenthusiastically) encouraged us to order before turning back around. I probably looked a bit lost during the time it took for me to realize I had to order from the kiosk, but no one offered guidance. That’s fine, I am a capable adult who can operate a tablet. I placed my order, all the while the kid behind the counter kept his back turned and was looking up at his screen, presumably to see what we were ordering. The second my payment was processed, he whipped around and said there was only one chocolate chip cookie left (we had ordered two). It felt as though he was waiting to force me into a sale before telling me about the limited options (besides what was marked as sold out on the menu). Additionally, I had been bragging about the chocolate chip to my nieces, and, as we were the only ones in the store, I’m confident the staff heard us. He could have given us a heads-up. Anyway, we frantically tried to hurry and decide what to get instead as this kid stared us down instead of offering any suggestions. Had I been alone, I would have requested a refund, but my nieces had never had Crumbl and were looking forward to trying it. Luckily the other option we got (s’mores)...

I am on a lifelong quest to find the perfect classic American chocolate chip cookie. I have tasted a lot of chocolate chip cookies in my short life. I stopped at Crumbl Cookies by chance and jumped when I saw the price tag of a single cookie. I almost walked out right then and there, but that would have been a mistake of historic proportions. Never before have I been served a classic American chocolate chip cookie that was fresh from the oven on purpose. When I've had them right out of the oven in the past, it was by pure luck. Just a happy accident. No more. From what I understand, Crumbl Cookies are always fresh from the oven. It was crispy on the outside, mushy on the inside, and the batter was perfectly sweet. The one problem I see is that the chocolate chips were milk chocolate and not dark chocolate, and they made the whole cookie just a tad too sweet. Nevertheless, it has just grabbed the top spot on my list favorite cookies, in a quest that I hope never to complete.
