I just was having lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings and was asking for a coffee (one of my habits: I love a good coffee after a good meal) But unfortunately BWW don’t offer any coffee, so the charming waitress gave me the recommendation to visit Lund Canyon Coffee.
A beautiful little store in a little shopping area. The shop owner immediately recognized by my accent, that I’m from Germany. We had a wonderful little chat, very heart warming people, that love their work. Cool thing: I’ve got their neighborhood discount, because I’ve handed over the greeting note from the BBW waitress.
During that day, they’ve just received a new special coffee bean from England. I followed their recommendation to try that special bean. I totally didn’t regret that recommendation. That was my very best coffee with a little bit of home (cause we had the chat in German) that I had during my 3 weeks business trip in the USA.
I’ve got an espresso in the nice little café store and a cappuccino to go, because I was on the way to the Grand Canyon. I’ve enjoyed that cappuccino with the awesome view of the Grand Canyon. Thanks a lot for the nice...
Read moreWhat a wonderful experience! We were greeted by Mahmud, the same person in their postcards seen as you approach the bar. Also one of the owners if I understand correctly! He was very relational and friendly. Made me, my wife and our little one feel right at home and even went through the effort of our names! This certainly made us feel like actual people vs just another transaction. He even found us afterwards to follow up on our experience. This made us feel like he is not just invested in his product, but also in his customer’s experience.
Great presentation and texture on my wife’s oat milk latte’. I tried the espresso flight and loved it. They are also clearly giving local artists a voice on their walls and they tastefully sport a thrifty/living room vibe with their furniture which helps you feel right at home.
As owners of a coffee shop ourselves, we can 100% recommend Lund Canyon Coffee for its quality beverages, relational service, clear investment into its community, and its accommodating and cozy environment.

Read moreWonderful coffee shop. I came for the first time the week I moved to Flagstaff 4 years ago, and they had just barely opened. Maybe had 5 or so reviews. How lovely to see them grow over the years.
They don’t do drip coffee, but they’re a euro-style coffeehouse, so most of those don’t. Plenty of crappy coffee around town, but these guys don’t serve crap. Lovely owners (a father and his sons + a great family friend), lovely staff, lovely coffee, love atmosphere, and lovely bites to eat.
Though I sit in less frequently these days, they always remember my wife and I when we come here to get beans and grind them perfectly every time.
I have nothing but good things to say about them and the product they serve. By far the best coffee shop in town, even when it gets a little busy when the Yogis get out of their weekend morning clinic across the lot. (I don’t blame them. Coffee hits different after...
