Quest Interiors — Attraction in Fond du Lac

Quest Interiors is amazing! 100% recommend! We worked with Chris Grosbeck and he was super helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable about all of their products and home building in general. He was a delight to work with!! Always a smile on his face and very upbeat attitude.

We just remodeled pretty much our entire house while living in it. We used Quest for flooring throughout the whole house(Cortec LVP and 2 rooms carpet), quartz countertops in kitchen and bath, and fireplace tile. Chris was great with making sure we found the right products for us. I decided to make some changes during the process and I could imagine this could have of made things confusing but Chris made it easy and always made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted in the end. If I had questions throughout our remodel (which I had a lot of 😉) Chris always got back to me in a timely manner. He has a lot of experience in the industry so he always gave me an informed answer which I appreciated since this was our first time going through a remodel this extensive.

The entire Quest team were so great at their jobs, efficient, and kind. Everyone from the carpet layers to the people who measured for the countertops to the tilers, etc. we had a great experience with. The Quest employees always told us step by step what to expect. Everyone we worked with had clearly been experienced at their specific job and did it very well!

Chris and the Quest team did a great job getting us the home we had been dreaming of and we are so thankful!! We have and will continue to recommend...

My wife and I are currently in the process of a remodeling project involving both ceramic tile and carpet installation by Floorquest of Fond du Lac. Previously we have worked with Floorquest for carpet repair, carpet installation, bathroom tile and floor tile projects. We have also had the opportunity during our numerous projects to work with their sales staff, warehouse staff and installation personnel. We continue to use this company because they provide continual and supportive service from project inception to completion. The Floorquest sales staff is most knowledgeable and every installation has been completed with the attention to detail that speaks highly of their skill and professionalism. We have perhaps met or spoken with a majority of the Floorquest staff but have always worked with Dan initially to detail our projects--he is a master organizer and always provides us with accurate schedules and advice along the way. Without Jeff our current tile project would not have had such a wonderful look--he provided pre-project advice and offered suggestions during the installation. The warehouse staff provided assistance as I worked to prepare the bathroom for tile installation. I must also add that every time we have stopped by the office the staff greets us and always finds the time to address our questions. A big A+ rating for the entire team at Quest Interiors in Fond du lac. I used their services to have my laminate countertops replaced. There is a good selection of quartz to choose for your new countertops. I worked with Jane. She was efficient when giving me quotes for different selections of material. She never seemed bothered when I asked about figuring new price for different options. So very nice. My quartz countertop was in within 3 weeks of walking into their showroom. The two man crew that came to measure were quick, knowledgeable and respectful. The five man crew who came to install could not have done a better job. Only one seam, and it is smooth and hardly noticeable. I shopped many places, including the largest countertop company in Wisconsin as well as the big box stores. I’m very pleased with every aspect of my choice; quality, price, timeframe. I would recommend them to anyone for countertops, probably the rest of kitchen projects too, but I don’t have first hand experience with anything except countertops. One more thing; this is the first time I’ve ever wanted to review a company. They were that good....
