Romantix — Attraction in Forest Hill

I started going to the store about a year ago. After a few months they got a new manager. Michaela is absolutely amazing in customer service and her knowledge .She makes me feel very comfortable. Her and Melanie are both absolutely amazing in what they do ..You can tell that they love their job. I have recommended my friends to the store. I don't like the location but I would rather go there because of The great customer service I receive each and every time. these two ladies are a valuable asset to this company and I feel deserve a raise .. where can you go these days where the person of behind the counter knows you by name. I went in to find a gift for a friend that is getting married and as soon as I walked into the store employee Melondy greeted me with a big smile and asked if she could help me find anything. I told her that my friend was getting married and needed help finding that perfect gift for a Bridal Shower. She had so many suggestions that were helpful. All the products that she suggested she was very knowledgeable about , which made it easy for me to decide on the "Perfect" gift. I love your shop and even made friend's with your associate Melondy. The woman who was working, is an absolute doll. She's funny, easy to talk to, and knows the products quite well. I struggled through a couple of choices on toys, so I just went with her recommendation. I wasn't disappointed in the least.

The store is well lit, clean, and organized. For a brick and mortar store, the prices are extremely fair. I almost bought toys online, but there's really no substitute for seeing them in person, or touching a display model. 11/10, will...
