The employees there are wonderful (5 stars!), but the theatre itself is mediocre at best (3 stars), so I split the difference and gave it 4 stars. We went to a 7:30 movie last night, in theatre #9. We are preview lovers so we always get there early. We were walking into #9 at 7:05 and it was pitch black. We had to use our cell phones for light to find seats. We were the first ones so no big deal. However, over the next half hour everyone coming in had to resort to this, which meant we got blinded every time someone came in and turned on their phone flashlight. At 7:15 we went out and asked if they could turn on air as it was suffocating in there (TX in the summer!). They were very kind and accommodating and did immediately. Zero previews were ever shown (it remained pitch black in there the entire time). At 7:43, the guy behind us went out to go ask them to start the movie, again, they were very nice and did immediately, but we were all very curious how long that would have taken had we kept waiting. Read moreWe go every Sunday and sometime during the week but slowly thinking of taking my business elsewhere to another Location. They used to be open earlier in the morning which we liked better and now it's later and later in the afternoon before they open the doors. This Sunday we noticed they raised the cost of hotDogs to 2.49 from 1.00. they only had one person working to sell tickets and refreshments. The line was out the door and really busy. Also they used to have a premier membership line and now they don't. Why are we paying for the membership and not getting the privileges that are supposed to be with it. I asked why there was only one person working and they told me that it was because of budget cuts. Eventually another person showed up to help at the counter. This is unacceptable to have 2 people working the theater especially when it is so busy on the weekends. some of the theaters are smelly and are not clean and they are budget cutting services seems like they don't really care if you come and spend your money there. They're going to have people leaving and going to another theater that values...
Read moreTheir customer service is NOT good at all! I order tickets and popcorn online for my oldest daughter to take my younger children. When they get there she goes to the concession stand and asks for the popcorn. They tell her they do not have an order for her even though she showed them the confirmation of payment.
As soon as they made it home and told me, I called but no one answered. I called the next 3 days and no one picked up the phone. On the 4th day after calling back to back, I finally get a manager to discuss my concern. He puts me on hold only to come back and say there is no way to confirm whether or not to we picked it up. I then said I would not call back everyday for popcorn if we received it.
He said there is nothing he could do. I said well if I cannot get my money back, will you give me a credit for my next visit? He said it would only work if he was working because he was doing it to be helpful but no one else would do it. Smh…seriously. Horrible customer service. I’m going to get my popcorn and will never go back to this place again! My advice…DO NOT order food/snacks online wait until you get...
