Time Emporium Escape Rooms: Fort Collins — Attraction in Fort Collins

Edit: I actually came back to this review to give it a bit higher of a rating because I felt I might have been a bit tough over a single bad expirence... but your stuck up sarcastic response has earned the 1 star review and sub-5.0 rating. I only relayed what the employee had told us and my expirence. Thank you for calling us to let us know we were 100% right and that it shouldn't have happened the way it did, but that doesnt make up for the lost night. I hope you enjoy that 1 star, chief 😂🫡

Everything about this place was pretty great as usual except for this recent time in tonight, 10:30pm on 10/27. We submitted our answer (we were told it was in fact the correct answer) but because we submitted it just as time was expiring, she came in told us we lost and couldnt get any kind of ending to it. It was even counted by the room apparently, because the reveal on whether we were right or not started to play before time offically ended but then was cut off, mid reveal, by the person running the game. Yeah, it's just a game... but we paid A LOT for just a 30 minute game to have it ruined at the ending when we had been told by the game runner that we did it all right and had finished at the buzzer. It's not even worth coming back and trying again because we finished it. We wanted to come back at some point and retry the other one we lost to see if we could get it but I think we'll just be going somewhere else...

Where does one begin, truly? Ok. So. My fiancé and I strolled on in to this shin dig one Saturday evening… mind you, we were wondering about the corner walking past CHeBA Hut and swearing at one another that we got the location incorrect hahah never the less we managed to figure out to use our legs and walk three more feet PAST the CHeBA Hut entrance and realize OOP there it is!! Haha so everyone knows this place is an escape room right? WRONG. We had an INKLING but prayed there was a bar too… TRUTTH THERE IS A BAR/COCKTAIL BAR. Frick yeah! We weren’t in the mood to drop one hour to try and escape a room when we’re out to escape regular a$$ life? Feel me? Luckily for everyone, this place serves escapers and walk ins!! Yay! ABBY AND JESSIE were there to take care of us. These two beautiful female borns were there to greet chat and serve us! Like proper hospitality. If you’re from out of town like myself (from United Kingdom) looking for a pub like ? This is the place! Not only do the servers care about what you’re into taste wise, they read the room! They don’t stand around hoping and waiting, they don’t ask for a card either for a tab!! Where I’m from we pay as we go. We've visited all 3 locations at least once now and have such a great time every time! Professor Jordan has been our Time Professor the last three times we went and is the absolute best every time we go. She does such a good job at explaining the rooms without giving too much away and is always so friendly and enthusiastic through the experience. We always talk about half of the fun is from her being so entertaining and involved with the rooms, and just how much fun her character is.

The rooms seem so well put together and thought out. We love how easy it is to immerse yourself into the world they're trying to create in every room. From the lighting, to the props, to the voiceovers, there's so much fun in any room you decide to do.

Lastly, the bar and bartenders at the Fort Collins location have to be the biggest hidden gem in all of northern Colorado. Every time we've gone, the staff is so helpful and friendly and you can tell they really care about what they produce. Every cocktail we've ordered has blown us away with how they look and taste! We always spend time after the rooms talking with the bartenders for a good amount of time. Not to mention, the bar itself looks so cool!
