We took our family of 6 on a dolphin tour at 11am. Our family consisted of mom 47, dad 48, son 26, daughter 23, son 16, and sons fiancée 26. Mom & Dad had extensive experience with jet skis over the years and the kids did not. It started out as an exciting adventure we all were waiting for on Fort Myers Beach. The Good Part: The check in workers are very nice. My kids had to take temporary boating licenses testing, which was all good. We had an Exceptional Tour Guide Named TYSON! Please ask for him. He is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He is very attentive to everyone's needs and was able to find dolphins all over, it was amazing! The pricing is also very reasonable. The HORRIFIC DISRESPECTFUL Part: When you are assigned your jet ski you have to slowly get past the markers in the water safely to avoid swimmers which is total normal. It was described to my family as "10 minutes of time to get use to the machines and get comfortable before we take off on the tour" • Because it was Spring Break on a Saturday the water was getting very full of boaters heading our way, which got scary. We were asked by MATT (another employee of this company) to just stay together and out of the way until TYSON gets out there. So still not familiar with the machines Mom accidentally floated to close to the other machine with daughter/ son on it. They hit/ rubbed a bit nothing hard which does happen and it was just an accident. Until King Kong MATT on his yellow jet ski came out of nowhere with his pink life jacket and began BERATING, SCREAMING SWEAR WORDS UNCONTROLLABLY at Mom and here kids. Mom apologized and tried to explain she tried to find the neutral gear but couldn't but King Kong MATT who looks like a coked out beach bum and speaks to customers like a drunk truck driver began SCREAMING that the jet skis are new and we owe him $13,000... literally! Along with many other berating words to the family. We were all in shock and scared at this point. We never have been spoke to like that by anyone and certainly not on a tour looking for dolphins on vacation. Mom cried and kids wanted to go back on beach. Thankfully TYSON came out there just in time and the MATT stopped and left. TYSON was left to apologize profusely for Matt's unprofessional behavior. He assured us Matt is nuts and there was no major damage to the jet ski from the rub. OVERALL: Matt's behavior and rudeness and disrespect was not ok under any circumstance. And unless you want to take a chance of coming across this insane employee I would definitely find another jet ski company. I also think TYSON should quit and find another company to work for. He is way too good of a tour guide to be associated with that kind of behavior. It was scary. There is something VERY VERY WRONG with this man. He should not be around customers or...
Read moreWell, this little excursion simply kicked a**! from the moment we arrived we were greeted by super friendly guys who seemed to really love their jobs. This is not very common. They took the time to check us in without wasting time or fumbling with endless paperwork to locate our reservations, introduced us to the two (that's right, you get two for safety!) guides, and they did a quick safety briefing. NOTE: listen to the instructions carefully. They are very clear on where you can and can NOT make big waves, and sadly, I was the first idiot to miss it. Apologies again to these boys for not listening! Anyway, the open water was very rough with good waves, but it made for a super fun experience because you drive the first 20 min on open water before you enter the inlets, where is now "glass top" waters, so we got the best of both worlds. The crafts were all brand new and powerful as heck, reaching speeds of up to 55 mph if you dared! Again, listen to their instructions, but they are happy to let you tear them up on open water. We got to see some dolphins and what appeared to be a few manatees but we stayed away from those to let them be. We made our way back to shore through another 20 min of open water; upon return they told us they had taken tons of pics and vids so we download all of them before departure. Overall, very worthwhile the expense and many thanks to Arland and Roger, our two fearless guides....
Read moreFUN! FUN! FUN! My husband and I and two of our friends booked a Jet Ski Dolphin tour with this awesome group. Our tour guide, Tyson, who we nicknamed "The Dolphin Whisperer" was absolutely fantastic! He took us to some fun out of the way places on the tour which were great but my FAVORITE part was the dolphins. Tyson not only told us great facts about these amazing mammals BUT he had us line up our jet skis with his because the dolphins like to play in the surf they produce. BOY DID WE SEE DOLPHINS! There were about six to eight dolphins, including a little one, who played, jumped, swam with and twisted and turned with the surf. I swear at one time one tried to jump over the back of my jet ski! The dolphins were having fun and so were we. This was a huge thrill and a one of a kind experience that I will never forget!!!!! This was better than Sea World. If you want an amazing experience with these beautiful mammals. book a tour with All Island Watersports, you will leave with a permanent grin on your face, and a memory that will last a lifetime! I almost forgot, Tyson took pictures of us and our adventure so we didn't have to worry about doing this. He did a great...
