The Pier Peddler — Local services in Fort Myers Beach

My friends and I were at Ft Myers beach walking around all the different shops. My friend who is from Canada and isn't used to the heat has very bad asthma and she was really hot and having trouble breathing. We told her to sit down on the bench while we shopped at the store. The bench she was sitting on had a curtain and we realized it was a dressing room but nobody else was in the store so she just sat there. I had picked out a few items and was ready to checkout when a lady very rudely approached my friend. She asked what she was doing and my friend replied with oh I'm just sitting down while my friends shop. The lady then GRABBED her and told her there's a bench outside so leave my store. I guess I understand why she was upset but she was terribley rude. The lady then accused me of shoplifting AFTER I had put my things on the counter to pay. I have never met such rude people in my life and will definitely not be going back. Also the bench outside was made of metal and had the sun shining down...
