Store had my item in stock purchased on line when my driver drove over an hour to pick the order up. When he arrived only part was billed but all was removed from your inventory. After talking with store and your 1 800 go depot help center they said I was out of luck and the store would not run my company credit card over the phone even though they could see my original order and had spoke to the store prior to placing it online as they suggested and my driver was in a Company Uniform and picking up the part that was correctly billed and the printer I wanted was sitting right next to them, they stated they would hold it for him, as a result my driver had to drive over a hour back get my card and return for the second time this took up half of his day over 5 hours. If this does not sound pretty stupid to you then your certainly not concerned about customer satisfaction. The issue was the fact that she wasn’t doing her job. Not that I didn’t know where the checkout was,...

I was told by a manager, "We expect a certain level of professionalism" while trying to leave. Maybe take your own advice. You sell printer paper. Get over yourselves.
I'll admit, these folks are ahead of the curve. This happened some time ago. They were "woke" when it was only "politically correct."
Next time you stop by use a politically incorrect word and you too can watch the...
