Showed up at 8:17 for an 8:10pm movie. Bought tickets and popcorn and walked into theater #5. A preview was showing and no sooner did we sit down, the screen went black. I waited about 3.5 minutes and went back to the front to find someone. I found the same kid I bought tickets from. Before I could get my sentence out, he told me "we're working on it". I went back to my seat. Finally, the previews started again at 8:34. Then at the end of the movie, approximately 4 minutes left....the SOUND GOES OUT!! I leave the theater to go find someone, and the front counter is dark! No employees to be found. A couple is playing video games and I ask if they've seen anyone who works there. They say no. I usually use the flashlight on my cellphone to see by. There is always one, if not multiple stalls out of order as well as one faucet and one or both paper towel dispensers. The carpet in the entire building is in dire need of cleaning. I have seen some newer faces lately so maybe there are changes coming. The help has been more on top of things so maybe the trickle down affect will happen with the rest of the place. I hope they can turn things around, it used to be a great place to go watch a movie and worth the hour...

The young man who was apparently her supervisor (and sold our tickets to my friend)came over, hit a button to fix the error, muttered "sorry " towards me but made no offer for any type of compensation. Very little butter on my popcorn after this incident too! Staff needs to learn better...
