Bought my son a Christmas gift from them. My son lives with his mom and step-dad who don't know how to help him get it to work. I don't get enough time with him to help, if I even know what to do myself. Out of frustration with the product, we tried to return it within the 30 day return period. They absolutely refuse to allow it's return. They claim "it works just fine". Well, if it works just fine, they should have no problems selling it to someone else. We don't want it! We want our money back! They've stolen a Christmas from a child and proven that they lack integrity and good will. Their 30 day return policy is worthless! Absolute jerks!
Edit after response from merchant: Please take the time to read their response and consider whether or not you would purchase a gift for someone from them. He doesn't want the XBox 360. It was returned within 30 days. They stated in their response that the unit is in good working order. And, thus can be resold. Most businesses would allow a gift to be returned within a reasonable amount of time, like, say 30 days.
Yes, they showed my son that the unit works on their network. But, he can't get it to work on any of the three networks that he tried and justs wants to return the "working" item. They expect him to drive over an hour so that they can show him how well it works on their network - again, and force him to keep what he doesn't want!
Their profits and "being right" are more important than satisfied customers. Look at the other negative review, and their response, and you may start to see the spirit of this business. Then, ask yourself if you'd like to do business with them if things don't work out as positively as it has for all of the positive reviewers - most of whom only left a rating, and not a review. At least Ebay expects merchants to allow the return of gifts that weren't wanted, especially if "it (still) works just fine.".
Good luck (because that's what you'll need) if you choose to do business with them! I sincerely hope that if you decide to support this business, you are able to leave a positive review instead of wishing that you had spent your money and time somewhere else. After, most people only want what is just and fair. I hope they are able to do good with the profits that they are clinging so tightly to. However, the lesson I learned was, at least, a quick and one-time-only lesson. And, by now, I shouldn't even have to say what...

If I could leave a zero star review, I would These people are awful business told me they would hold an item for me and agreed on a price which was the sticker price and when I went to pick it up earlier than I had intended, they had already told me they took it off, even though it had been less than the 24 business hours and they have raised the price $180 And would not keep our verbal agreement.
