Stonebridge Art Gallery — Attraction in Franklin

I had an incredibly disappointing experience in this store. We were shopping in the gallery yesterday, and received some pretty terrible customer service. The man working had been with a couple completing a sale since we had walked in, so we patiently waited to ask him some questions about how the framing process works. We waiting about 30 minutes without saying a word because we knew he was busy, but it would have helped a ton to hear “apologies for your wait I will be with you as soon as I can” at least 1 time. Finally, the sale was about to end, and the man working offered to have the couple who was making the purchase take pictures again just to make sure they liked the frame. This couple had noticed we had been waiting for quite some time, and told the man that it was really okay and he should help us. He then looked at us, back at them, and said “nahh they can wait” and proceeded to walk into the other room. We immediately walked out of the store because while I am sure this was meant as a joke, we found it incredibly unprofessional and ridiculous considering we had waited for so long without making a single comment to him. That gallery lost a sale and we will take any future are purchases anywhere else...

I have come in several times to browse and look at what would fit best in my home and have the styling my wife and I want. The staff were always patient with me and my questions and even though I did not purchase anything the first few times they treated me the same as if I had. Finally I purchased a great painting with help from Don and the customer experience I had was fantastic. The recommendations on framing and the final product were perfect for our home.
