As always, employees are personable, cheerful and helpful. The Building 8 location, just in front of The Carousel, is perfect. They have added brightly painted picnic tables and umbrellas to the patio. Double retail space for special gifts and decor from babies to grandparents!! With the new Food Hall, Stef has been able to expand the delicious ice cream made daily in such a variety of flavors you won’t believe! They have also added the Candy Martini Bar. I’m working my way thru that menu! And last, but surely not least, is the beautiful Southern Tea Room. You must go ahead and reserve your space. It does not disappoint. Love this store especially the new location. Need more signage directing to the new location. Visited the other day again with my family to get an ice cream. Young man serving was fine but the ‘two’ young ladies behind the register were no value added. I recommend each person take and serve orders then get payment. We were a party of 5 another party of 5 came after us and one of 4 after them. Could have moved more efficiently if all were serving and cashing out. Same thing happened a couple days before when my husband and dtr went in to get ice cream. Also cups way too small for servings. No wiggle room.
