Mockingbird Theater & Bar — Local services in Franklin

Intimate venue for live music if you are in the area. I stopped in and saw a bluegrass show while I was in Nashville - I think it was about a 25 min drive. It’s a stand alone building in with the Factory at Franklin. I visited in a Saturday night early December. It was dark out and I wasn’t sure exactly how it was situated in regards to the shopping area so I parked clear in the other side of the Factory and walked through that building - which was actually quite busy. The theater has a small bar area, I only got water but I did get a Turkey sandwich and that good. Ticket food prices are very reasonable. The theater was pretty full. First time to the theater. It's very nice. Love the seating and the sound system. It's smaller inside than I had thought it would be, but no complaints. The band, The Midnight Riders, were awesome, as always. The only complaint is the place is hard to find the first time you come out. It is its own building on the property. That gives mockingbird theater a lot of flexibility.
