A unique and delicious concept!

Their pretzel dough is beyond incredible. We ordered a wide variety of menu items: Pumpkin Stuffed Pretzel w/Pumpkin Sweet Glaze (Seasonal), Wisconsin Pretzel Dog, 1/2 veggie and 1/2 Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

The Pumpkin stuffed pretzel was a perfect mix of cinnamon with a hint of pumpkin spice seasoning. The dough was super light and pillowy, nothing tough about it! The pumpkin sweet glaze provided just the right sweetness. What surprised me was how loose the glaze was - it was like water (which in this case is a good thing)! Tip: dunk your pretzel and then drag it through the spices left on the plate. On to the Wisconsin dog...a bunch of cheese, housing a large flavorful hot dog, protected by the buttery pretzel dough which was super tender. I would say that was my favorite item. The pizza...well let me start by saying I was impressed that you could do such different halves on one pizza! I call this type of pizza a two-hander; the dough is so thin and flimsy it requires two handles to cradle the slice so the toppings don't fall off. The veggie, which had the housemade sauce, needed more sauce. The buffalo chicken was basically just hot sauce on top of a chicken and cheese pizza (just okay). The crust though - perfectly folded and soft. I actually loved it much more than the a crunchy crust of a traditional pizza. The pretzel dough for pizza is absolutely genius! I loved all the flavor it brought to the pizza.

The server was excellent - a true hustler. This is not supposed to be a sit down restaurant, but they made it work and the server was spread thin and still accommodating. I love this place! I wish I didn't live so far away, until next time if you're reading this - enjoy some...

I have been going here for years and love their food. the pizza and pretzels are to die for. however, the last two visits have caused me to stop and consider if I will go back. the first visit, my boyfriend and I were waiting in line for ice cream, and it was a busy night so it took some time to get up to order. however, while we stood there, two people bypassed us and placed their orders first. we spoke up after the second person stepped around us, but the girl at the counter merely shrugged and continued to help the person who skipped in front. very rude. the second visit was today. I went in to grab a milkshake and a soda for a coworker. after I placed my order, the girl started grumbling to her coworker about making the milkshake, and then proceeded to clean up around the shop, TAKE ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S ORDER, clean up some more, and nearly 10 minutes later made my shake. I was standing there the whole time and honestly thought she had forgotten me. oh and the person who's order she took, in the middle of "preparing" mine, walked out with their order before I got my shake.
