If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Lets put it this way my boyfriend and I both have been in sales for close to 10 years and are in the market to buy a mattress this week. We are torn between a sleep number or possible another great option. We pulled up at this location around 8:00pm last night and the woman working had her feet propped up on the desk texting on her phone. As soon and my boyfriend and I walked in the woman never got up and stayed behind the desk on her phone. My boyfriend was asking questions about the mattresses and adjustable bases we could utilize essentially for any mattress we were looking at and if they could even work for a sleep number. The woman continued to stay on the phone and acted completely not interested in even helping us (maybe we look young or she assumed we weren't really interested) I would of assumed from asking multiple questions she would of at least got up from the desk at the front. We both got frustrated not knowing the products we were looking at and within 10 minutes of getting no customer service and not being treated like we didn't even exist we walked out with the woman never saying goodbye or anything. I would HIGHLY suggest going over to mattress warehouse right across the way if you would like a great experience. The man over there actually introduced himself and took the time to get to know us we will be making a purchase there as of this week.
