I placed an order for pickup through the official buffalo wild wings website and unfortunately I accidentally selected the wrong item (admittedly my fault). I didn’t notice until i had already pushed the order through and paid (the website does not give the option to pay in store) so I immediately called the store and asked if they could correct my order for me. The employee that answered the phone wasn't very kind and i could tell she was just trying to rush me off the phone. She was able to pull up my order but told me that because there was a price difference, she was unable to modify my order. I asked her if she could cancel my order and I would place a new one. The employee did not offer to take my new order over the phone and instead quickly hung up. I placed a new order online and upon arrival asked for a receipt for the previous order that had been cancelled. I was informed that because i ordered online, a refund could not be processed through the store and i would have to contact corporate for a refund. This was not told to me over the phone. Had I known, i would have just kept the original order. I was not even given a point of contact until I came back and asked, as there was no contact phone numbers online. I understand it was my fault that i placed an incorrect order originally but the customer service here is piss poor. The employees did not seem to care i was being charged for food I did not receive. I wasn't even given a receipt for proof that I ordered. The staff was unwilling to come to a solution and acted as if its just tough luck for me. Read moreI was extremely impressed our first visit to BWW two weeks ago! Our server Brooke was amazing, attentive and friendly. Myself along with my family had a wonderful time and decided to go back again. Unfortunately it was so disappointing:(. From the start of walking in the hostess set the tone of our evening. She was negative, no welcome or smiles.. almost seemed annoyed to be servicing customers. It was a Friday evening, surprisingly not busy at all. My family we were looking forward to watching college football, having wings and sipping beer. The hostess sat us in a section where we couldn’t see the game we wanted. I asked before we sat if we could sit across in another booth. Her rude reaction as if we were putting her out was the downfall for our evening. She very shortly stated that was someone else’s section. Instead of saying anything we sat in section she put us in although disappointed by her attitude and non ability to see game. Instead of being able to relax in a setting we ended up having to stretch our necks or turn around in booth to see the game we initially came to watch. Our server got our order wrong, we ordered bone in wings only to get boneless. He was okay, again not friendly, he offered to correct it. The attention to detail, service was night and day compared to our first experience. Sadly, we won’t be returning and will look else where to eat, watch college football. If I can give any helpful tips.. please put someone friendly as hostess! Brooke deserves a raise or should train new hires haha. Read moreTerrible Came for my husbands bday let’s just say a DISASTER then the waitress tried to make it all out to b our fault cuz we couldn’t tell what wings were what cuz they were all thrown on the same tray all mixed up then we specifically asked for the lemon pepper to b separated for our kids and of course they were not waitress had the audacity to say to cut the part off or don’t eat those!!! Finally she replaced those then said next time ask to have them all separated like really?! That wasn’t the only issue 5 of our wings were missing and she kept coming to every table except ours we had no drinks for awhile and then waited FOREVER to get boxes n the check my kids were screaming and trying to dip out so wasn’t like she couldn’t notice us finally we get boxes n the check and AGAIN she walked off n we waited FOREVER for her to get the card n process it finally I went to the front n asked for them to take my payment n they said NO that I had to wait for my waitress!!! We waited more n I just couldn’t take it my kids were freaking out now n she still was not coming so went back up there n demanded them to take the card or to get a manager and the girl at the front was rude as heck she rolled her eyes and asked who is ur waitress n went n told her to take our card instead of bringing me the manager 🤦🏽♀️ terrible bday dinner!!!
