This email serves as continuous documentation on the illegal practices of the Regus company. Now Regus is trying to force me to terminate an agreement (that was signed in Dec 2022) for ONLY six (6) months, for a monthly fee of $55.52. This is their attempt to charge me for additional fees (without an agreement). The attached, as of March 11, 2023 (since Feb 2023), shows Regus fraudulently and illegally charged ($80.52) for services I DID NOT authorize or agree to.
As mentioned in this email by Danielle James - Community Sales Manager, Regus does not honor agreements, which is a mutual agreement between the parties involved. Regus has just admitted, due to non response constitutes a "valid" reason of adding fees. NON RESPONSES ARE NOT VALID.
Now (in this email), Regus is trying to force a termination of the agreement, if I do not renew by March 31, 2023 (which I see as a threat). There is no written policy (in my agreement) that states to renew by March 31 2023 for an extension of July -Dec 2023. The attached, which shows the original and authorized agreement, CLEARLY indicates the agreement will renew by July 1, 2023 and also show the authorized original fee for $55.52. THEY KEEP CHANGING MY ACCOUNT.
Regus has STOLE my money and now has supposedly placed three (3) tickets to compensate me for money they FRAUDULENTLY TOOK FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I have found out the Regus company has a history of these type of practices. It is sad that hundreds of innocent people, who work hard, trusted a company that engages in this type of criminal acts.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND CHANGE MY ACCOUNT BACK TO $55.52. I DO NOT WANT MY AGREEMENT RENEWED!!

This management has been doing "accounting" on my account and I was charged way extra for making a switch from one office to the other despite their "promises and words and emails" before I signed the contract. While I have been in contact with them constantly, all I hear is "we are advocating for you and we are in contact with the Regus headquarters." While, there is little to none being done! I was very hopeful that at least ONE Regus office works properly, and here is my disappointment again...

The level of professionalism displayed by their staff was shockingly low, and I encountered a blatant lack of respect throughout my interactions. It’s disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially when businesses often emphasize the importance of patient care and support.
Communication was unclear, and my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, which made the entire process frustrating and untrustworthy. Despite my attempts to resolve the issues amicably, I was met with indifference.
