The Big Screen Store — Attraction in Fredericksburg

When the Plasma tv I bought in 2005 began acting up on me I started looking around on the internet for a new TV. There have been so many technological changes in the last 15 years the amount of information is quite overwhelming. After looking at many models on the internet I decided the only way to really decide was to look at the TV's in person. I went to the Fredericksburg, VA store and the very knowledgeable salesman Ed Hodge walked me through all the makes and models and answered all of my questions. He did not put any pressure or sales pitches on me and I decided on the Samsung 75" Q80T. I had it delivered and installed two days later by Romeo and Rashun. They were very professional and friendly and they did a terrific job mounting it on the wall, installing the new sound bar, setting up my remote and answering all of my questions. I have had the TV about a week now and am enjoying it very much. After looking at big screen TVs for the last three years, I finally purchased an 85 in Samsung TV on Saturday at the big screen store in Fredericksburg Central Park .

The sales guys were knowledgeable, friendly and engaging in helping me make the right decision for my purchase. No high end sales pressure or trying to upsell a TV or device that I did not want or couldn’t use . These guys were all about customer service and helping you make an educated decision!!!!

On Wednesday, Ro & Tyrell were my installers and theses guys were great!!!!

I received a call about 45 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time. Both of my installers were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what they were going to do.

Installing the TV took about 30 minutes and these guys even offered to program the TV for me.

I could not have asked for a better group of installers like Ro & Tyrell.

Altogether the experience of purchasing the TV and having it delivered to the installation process was quick efficient and seamless. All this at a cost that was lower than Costco or Best Buy.

Finally, the Big Screen Store helped me all this great customer service ,at a price lower than Best Buy and Costco!!!!!!

I went into Big Screen a week ago and talked to a salesman. He told me that they had the best prices in town and would match competitors price. He specifically mention that they would be the prices of HHgreg, Best Buy, Walmart and Costco. I went to Costco to see what their price was on a 65" Samsung Curve TV. I called Big Sceeen and the salesman would not allow me to ask any questions. He kept cutting me off telling me that Samsung makes a special models of TV's that only Costco can get and sell and not compete with their prices. I don't know if any of that is true or not. I was willing to work with the salesman and purchase the next TV similar. When I asked the salesman to slow down and let me ask the questions he told me no buy from Costco. Well I took the salesman advice and both the 65" Curve Samsung TV and a surround system too. To bad for big screen becasuse I liked their home theater setup just not their customer service. Good customer service is a must if you want me to spend my money with your store. My experience at Costco was great and their customer service...
