• Purchase at your own RISK* The only reason I have chosen two stars instead of really 0 is because of the first salesman I dealt with. He was not pushy and was accommodating, and (at the time) left a happy customer. The manager as well as a separate salesman have poor social skills, do not like to answer valid questions and show no trust in their products. I never write bad reviews- TODAY I am. I purchased a screen protector and case from the first gentleman. After a few weeks, a part of the case broke with normal use (otter box copy) I made an attempt at dealing with it until I could no longer, this taking a couple more weeks. That’s it, I had the product for a few weeks. In speaking with the two staff members previously mentioned, asking questions, even about the ONE option they gave me they turn rude, inhospitable, the manager even threatened security... after I asked him about the chance of his products breaking down in similar fashion to the one recently purchased. He also asked me to PROVE that I was using the product properly...... it’s a phone case... (that wasn’t dropped) All of MY questions were of normal customer interaction. In fact, if either were good sales reps, they could’ve possibly convinced me into spending more in the one offer they gave, but they gave me no confidence in it or them whatsoever. My questions? The employee/and manager just didn’t want to answer them, or maybe they really don’t trust the products, hence why their “policy” is so limited. I went in to the major phone company storefront located near this kiosk, and they even said after a certain facial expression “oh yeah, they sell knock offs”

I am sure that if they do comment they will have something to say to disregard my experience

So just forewarning: Most of the employees have trouble answering questions, especially valid ones. Their products can fall apart in a matter of weeks or maybe less?? Don’t expect customer service or hospitality when associating with them. $25 may sound better than $45, but it might not be worth the aggravation. (At least not from this group)

SCAM!!!! Avoid at all costs! Money hungry and greedy!

My screen cracked and went to the mall to ask for a quote. JUST TO ASK for a quote. The Indian guy working there took my phone cover off to look at the small crack I had on the side and then said something around $140-200. I said “ok I will think about it.” Then he asked me what price I was thinking. I said I asked around and the best quote with the best reviews was in New Brunswick for 90 dollars.

Then he bashed the other guy and said they probably use cheap materials. Also asked me when this happened to which I replied 3 weeks ago (I indicated that I also had no functionality problems whatsoever, the phone worked completely fine and so he knew the damage was minor). I repeated "I will think about it." Then he proceeded to PRESS VERY HARD on the screen where it was broken- in the SAME cracked spot when he was putting the case cover back on.

A) there was NO NEED to take the cover off in the first place- I showed other places in the mall and they just looked at it without taking anything off or touching the screen. B) HE FORCIBLY PRESSED ON THE CRACKED PART TO MAKE THE DAMAGE WORSE. I was going to call him out on it but I didn’t want to create a scene.

A few hours after he did that, my screen starting flickering green on and off and now is at the point where Siri still works but the phone screen doesn’t come back on, at most I can just see the time for a few seconds as it is flickering green and it goes back off.

It was WORKING PERFECTLY FINE FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS but a few hours after the incident, it is flickering green on and off. The guy PURPOSELY MADE THE DAMAGE WORSE just so I would have no option but to return to him. Otherwise, it would have lasted for at least 4-5 months without anything. A small cracked turned into a big problem. AVOID. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNETHICAL PEOPLE. They will probably make a bigger mess rather than fixing something small just to make more money.

225- 5-star reviews cannot be accurate or true, so I went through all of their reviews, and it is obvious that this business is posting FAKE reviews. The manager or at least he claims to be is a rude disgrace and should be pulled from his position immediately. This shop uses cheap replacement parts and offers no warranty or piece of mind when they complete work. My wife's screen came unglued after being replaced only 3.5 months ago, the "manager" told us it is not his problem and offered us a new screen for $100 even though hers was working perfectly fine. After a quick back and forth and some threating language used at me and my wife, we left the booth to never come back again. BEWARE, they don't stand behind their work and use FAKE reviews to cover up any negative ones. To the owner of this business, I know it can be hard to find good help these days, but you need to replace your "management" as they come flying into the booth in a fit a rage when a customer comes in...
