Laiba and Preetham were great. Explained everything to me. Installed my screen protector on my iPad Pro, and several iPhones. No bubbles. They mentioned a 7 day guarantee in case it does bubble after installation. I’ve used ZAGG screen protectors in the past and have used their lifetime warranties. It’s expensive upfront but the lifetime replacements can make up for it when you have the latest electronics. The cost savings can fall off the cliff as the phone ages and or you can start finding replacement screen protectors in stores like Marshalls and TJ Maxx for about $10 which are less than the warranty ā€œdeductible.ā€ There are sometimes way cheaper alternatives from the get-go but I’ve never had much long-term good experiences with them. Until then, these ZAGG screen protectors do fit the bill for newly released electronics. Add Hemanth to this review. He was equally awesome.

ZAGG is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with ANY repair shop. They replaced my phone screen, and just 3 DAYS later, it went COMPLETELY BLANK. When I went back, they falsely accused me of DROPPING the phone, which is an absolute LIE. There were NO CRACKS or DAMAGE on the screen—it simply stopped working because of their POOR-QUALITY REPAIR. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE and left me waiting for OVER AN HOUR, only to tell me they wouldn’t fix it unless I PAID MORE MONEY. They clearly don’t care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. On top of that, I’m convinced their positive reviews are FAKE. Don’t WASTE your time or money here—this place is a TOTAL SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was told from apple and Verizon the phone wasn’t repairable and it wasn’t backed up since 2020… BC ā€œbefore COVIDā€ technology, apps and contacts have changed since then and cell has become Essential part of one’s worklife. Verizon guy told me to go to this place and they will fix the screen and they did in 15 minutes the phone was brand new. He was patient and helped me to get the right equipment for my new one. I am grateful

I purchased screen protectors for myself and 2 of my 3 children. Came back tonight to have screens replaced. Laiba J was the salesperson I dealt with today. She could not find one of my son's phones on my account 13 pro max but said she had my other sons which is a 14 iPhone. I explained I definitely bought his there. My daughter whom was with me did not have a screen protector so I was also purchasing hers new. Laiba told me she would charge let me see what I can do for you and then a minute later told me she would charge me the same price for all three which was $10. I told her great and I left the phones and went to a store nearby to purchase something else. When I came back, she proceeded to tell me she was charging me $69 for my daughters phone and she was charging me $35 for my sons phone and $10 for my phone. Not what she told me when I walked away before she put the protectors on, I explain to her that’s not what she said, and she completely denied ever saying it. I even checked with my daughter to see if I was going crazy and totally miss heard her and my daughter verifies she did say that she would charge us all the same price of $10 explain to her that she did not say that and that I will still pay what she’s asking me to pay but it’s not right that she didn’t explain it properly or tell me something completely different. She then was argumentative and told me I didn’t hear properly and that I was wrong , very disappointed with the service and I feel like I was scams and lied to several times in the past they’ve tried to pull different things at this booth by telling me they don’t have what I paid for originally on the screen protector, even though they sold me ā€œā€œ an upgraded version they had only the cheaper version, and I had to get those it’s always some thing at this booth and never what they originally told me when I open the account and added my kids to it. Very disappointed with the service I received tonight was definitely lied to, and feel that this was a bait and switch. also want to add that when she told me she found my other son who is not with me phone on my account because I wanted to verify because I felt like I was just being told incorrect information constantly she told me my sons phone was on my account and that he wouldn’t have a problem when he came to replace a screen protector and it would be $10. I asked her to print out the receipt for everything and then she told me at that point when I was leaving that my other sons phone is not on the account. She admitted she gave me incorrect information on this situation, but wouldn’t admit that she gave complete incorrect information on the pricing. That’s the word I’m looking for very high. I feel very I am very on trusting of this whole operation and besides the incorrect information constantly coming out of the cells, persons mouth I feel like they’re just...

The charging port on my iPad stopped working. I was heading to the Apple store in the mall and asked a kiosk employee for directions. He gave me directions but told me they could replace the port for $149 which would be undoubtedly cheaper than the Apple store. I thanked him and went to the store to check. Unfortunately it slipped my mind that it was the iPhone 17 Launch Day (Friday) and the store was mobbed with a many hour wait. So i went back to ZAGG, asked questions and was assured they could swap the port out in 30 minutes and it would work fine with no damage to the iPad. So I agreed. After more than an hour the staff member came over and told me that the ONLY replacement part they had was faulty and I could come back the next day when they could get it from another store. Then he asked me to give him a 50% ($75) deposit. I declined since I didn't think I should pay for their failure. I gave them my cell number and told them to call me when they had the part which was supposed to be the next day (Saturday). They never called me. I tried calling their number (on the business card they gave me) many times and it always went to voicemail with no mailbox so I couldn't even leave a message. I tried texting them, but after hearing nothing I went to the Apple Store on Sunday evening. They reaffirmed the charging port was bad, but pointed out the keyboard/cover I had also had a charging port which turned out to work fine. They plugged it in and it immediately started to charge. (I had the same keyboard/cover when I was at ZAGG and they never suggested it, I assume because they preferred to make a $149 sale rather than telling me how to fix the problem for free.) Once the iPad got some charge at the Apple store, the screen came on and it was clear the screen had been damaged when they tried to replace the part. The staff at the store told me that whoever did the work clearly didn't know how to do it properly. So while I am happy to have a simple solution to charging my iPad; I am very unhappy that my pristine screen now has waves and dark spots from their service. I know there are a lot of positive reviews, but for simple services. I would NEVER trust them to do anything complicated, particularly having to do anything with the screen of your device. I hope this review saves someone else from making a...

I’ve been to the Zagg kiosk more times than anyone should ever have to endure! I’ve had issue after issue with my screen protector and the ā€œfree warrantyā€ replacement is never really free… It’s about $10 a pop. Today, I dealt with Laiba who upsold me on the best Zagg full coverage screen protector currently offered and assured me that this one would last. She said it with such conviction that I actually trusted her and took the plunge. She made sure I was satisfied and achieved a proper installation. I’m hoping she is indeed correct. My inherent issue is more with Zagg for making what I deem to be an inferior product and causing an extreme inconvenience every time I need to replace my screen protector. Thus far, I’ve replaced the shield 7 times. I don’t have time to wait for the 3-5 day shipping time so I drive 40 minutes (each way) to the kiosk for a same day in store replacement. I wish the product was actually made to last...
