Today, I ordered two sandwiches for my daughter and I on the Subway app to get the buy one footlong and get the other footlong free offer. I paid using Google Pay and proceeded to go to the location to pick up the sandwiches. The app indicated that they would be ready at 12:50 pm. I wasn't very happy that I would have to wait 20 minutes, but since the order was placed and paid for, there wasn't much that I could do, but wait. When I arrived there I saw that there was a line and only one person working. I saw another employee on a break, eating and looking at his phone, while the other continued serving all the customers on the line. I thought to myself that it didn't look too promising that we'd get our sandwiches at the given time. The tracking feature on the app indicated that the two sandwiches were being made and eventually ready. It was now 12:55, and no sandwiches were ready to be picked up. When the line lessened, I approached the gentleman who was working and told him about my order. He told me that he hadn't received any online orders because the server was down. He then proceeded to insult my intelligence, indicating that I ordered from a different location. He also told me that I should have received an email to inform me that there was a problem with their server. I showed him the app to prove that I had ordered and paid for the sandwiches. He never apologized or offered to make the sandwiches. After wasting my time, at this point, over 35 minutes, we walked out. This will be the last time we buy anything from this location. After reading several negative reviews on this location at 1326 N. Main St. Fuquay-Varina, it's apparent that this gentleman doesn't have very good customer service skills and should not be up front dealing with customers. If he is actually the manager, he should know better. Avoid this Subway. There are better options. After leaving, we went to Taco Bell. Placed our order on mobile app, as well, and we then received our food in less than five minutes! That's how...
Read moreTerrible Service!! Went in to get my son a Foot Long Subway Melt and was told they don't make Subway Melts anymore. But I could order a Turkey and order Double Meat to make a Subway Melt. That's ridiculous!! That's one of Subways Signature Sandwiches and they don't make it and than they want to try and gouge me by trying to get me to buy double meat for a foot long to make a Subway Melt!!! That sandwich would have cost me an outragious amount!!! I will be calling Subway Corporate to let them know what type of people they have NOT selling their product and trying to rip people off!!! Will never do business there. That was a one time thing. Wil also spread the word about that place. You better believe it!!! I wouldnt even of gave them a star but it made me. They didn't deserve a star. The restuarant was a mess when you walked in. I know it's connected to Walmart. But the stack of red cones were inside the door of Subway had nothing to do with Walmart and the table it was next too. You had to walk around a bunch of mess just to get to the ordering line and than you weren't even sure if you were standing in the right spot because it looked blocked off to even be able to talk with anyone. It was just a bad service all around. Very poor setup of the store. Very poor customer service of the workers. I don't even know if there was a manager on duty or not. The girl that was talking to me. Was following me down the line as I was leaving, trying to get me to buy double meat. I would think if there was a manger or someone in charge, that wouldn't of happened. Or maybe it would have, but than that only shows you how bad their service is. DON"T GO THERE!!! RIP OFF!! Read moreI want to make a complaint about a person named Bryan or maybe Brian that works here. My husband is one of the calmest, sweetest people so for him to complain and get upset then it had to be bad. He told me he walked up and held the door for a lady, then proceeded to the counter because we’d made an app order in order to use coupons which is so annoying because they mail them out but you can’t use them in person. Anyways, he gets to the counter and our Son loves the BMT sub but without any salami so my husband asks if they can remove it. Brian and the lady working heard him ask and the lady was fine with it and polite. Brian is who ended up making the sub, my husband noticed the salami and asked for none on it on the sub and Brian said rudely to add it to the comments on the app. His attitude was ridiculous. To be honest we have done that in comments before and the sub maker didn’t listen. My husband didn’t even place the order on the app until he was inside so he could ask. What’s his issue? Geesh, like we took the salami on his sub or something. Every one has bad days but to disrespect someone like my husband who is kind and patient always. Really burns me up. Who is the franchise owner, we googled that and it was shocking, I hope that guy still isn’t this locations...
