I’m highly disappointed with the service I received from Green’s Glass. First, it took over two weeks to get on the schedule even after I reached out numerous times. When the repairman finally came, the window sash was damaged during the repair process. On the follow-up visit, instead of fixing or replacing the damaged sash, it was simply removed — leaving the issue unresolved. Now, it’s going to cost me more to replace the entire window sash than it would have to just replace the original broken window. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Green’s Glass was recommended to me by my property management company, but after this, I will not be using their services again nor do I recommend.

I’m highly disappointed with the service I received from Green’s Glass. First, it took over two weeks to get on the schedule even after I reached out numerous times. The WORST, most unexpected display of customer service. Myself and my clients were both treated as if we were inferior to the workers there. This company has lost the value of strong customer service and how imperative positive representation behind a business is.

Note: NO CUSTOMERS = NO BUSINESS!!

Examples of their lack of care for client relations: Their inability to fill an order by the promised day, their inability to provide delivery service when delivery is a service they advertise, and... These people are conning crooks. They tried to tell my client that our additional order discussed was already placed and charged for manipulating her to feel obligated to carry through supporting this lousy company. As if the lack of of glass shops in anaheim didnt already default them with a consumer service monopoly. Thankfully their tactics resulted in their loss 2 large money accounts. We pulled our orders and placed them with a reputable, better-abled glass company,...

I suggest go elsewhere.

They wrote down the correct screen size on my receipt but cut it wrong. I brought in the old screen so it was they who measured and made.

I had to come back another time and thankfully they fixed it while I waited. They were going to get a good review until they asked for $3 to cover their mistake. I was in shock they would ask for a customer to not get an apology but also to GET ASKED to pay for their mistake. I reflected that back to the guy waiting on me while I pulled the $3 out of my wallet. He then got rude and would not allow me to speak.

All in all, It took me 4 trips to get a single screen correctly made. One on Saturday, one to drop off, one at 5:30pm, and would have been 5 had they not fixed their mistake while allowing me to wait for which I am grateful.

Granted, it was my fault for not knowing before coming their hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. They used to be open Saturdays.
