Heartwood Galleries — Attraction in Gatlinburg

Brandi, Brandon and Chris NEVER fail to BLOW OUR MINDS! We own several of their carvings including several large pieces including a brand-new Raccoon carving "peeking from a tree"! Also, and this is REALLY IMPORTANT, they stand 100% behind their work. Chris (one of their carvers) created a MASSIVE bear bench for us a few years ago. It was looking a little "worn and was having some troubles". Chris came out and did a "spa treatment" for it and it looks better NOW then when we got it! We can't say enough great things about these folks... If you are a local or a visitor and are looking for a wood carving, big or small, bears or something...

We visited Hartwood Galleries on Thursday October 22, 2020 and Brandi greeted us with a most warm welcome. As my wife and I browsed the showroom she gave us an interesting history of the business that she shares with her husband, Brandon. We enjoyed our visit and departed with a cute little bear sculpture, BJ, for our Gatlinburg chalet and one, Bear, for our Mississippi home. Both sculptures names for our beloved golden retrievers. We will be back next week with our current golden, BJ for screening for a wood sculpture of him!!! Great folks, great place, great...

These folks are wonderful. They were outstanding in service and friendliness. Because of their willingness to help we are headed home with a gorgeous Papa bear and baby Smoke as my granddaughter has already named them.☺ Their work is truly outstanding and I am so grateful they were so accomadating. I most definitely recommend their craftsmanship and services. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. They are a 5 star business. Thank you owners...
