The UPS Store — Local services in Gatlinburg

I was there to drop off a package and got told by the sole employee it was going to take a couple of minutes to help a group of 4 ladies sent off their chatskis. Instead of taking the items in, weighing them, pricing it and wrapping them when time permits the employee saw it fit to not ask if my 2 minute task would inconvenience the group and just proceeded with the 30 minute wrapping session. Nope, she kept yapping with the group and wasted me and my wife's time. The UPS stores always have the nicest employees, but this location has gone above and beyond for me. I had a unique need and Chelsea went out of her way to accommodate me!
