Quenan's Jewelers — Attraction in Georgetown

This was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had (for any item). I came in with a bunch of questions about upgrading my center diamond and re-sizing existing bands.

Ana was so helpful and took the time to walk me through what was possible with my current ring and what wasn't. She was so knowledgeable, warm and overall just a wonderful person.

After hearing all my options, we decided to re-size my wedding band, order a whole new engagement ring since the diamond size I wanted wouldn't work with my current ring, and I kept my current ring as is for now until I'm ready to turn it into earrings or a necklace.

We had so much fun looking at all the options they had for my new custom ring, we looked at several diamonds that she at onsite and a few that she ordered just for me to look at! Once we selected the diamond, we picked the band it would go in and she helped me make sure it would match well with my existing wedding band. *quick plug for lab created GIA certified diamonds, I got the size I wanted under the budget we had and I can’t be more happy about it!

Everything came in a week earlier than expected (3 weeks vs 4 weeks), so I was so excited to stop in a try it all on. And of course, it fits perfectly!!

My guy and I recently purchased a gorgeous Tacori engagement ring at Quenan’s. The selection involved picking out the “setting” as well as a center stone for the ring. I like jewelry a lot and have shopped at more than my share of jewelry stores. At 67 years of age, I can honestly say I have never received better customer service or dealt with a more knowledgeable group of sales people than I had the pleasure of working with at Quenan’s Fine Jewelers! I highly recommend this jewelry store for your next jewelry purchase!

I hate how I only feel compelled to write a review when something is wrong. Just beware, if you shop here be prepared to have a store full of employees who look down their noses at you. I guess they're having some big blowout sale or something (sounds like going out of business) but they couldn't be bothered with helping my fiancé. She went in looking for a matching Tacori band to go with her engagement ring. The people in that store acted like it was an imposition that people would be in a jewelry store looking for jewelry. Our money is better spent at a place where they don't leer at customers and are helpful. Their prices are excellent, and they have a great selection the customer service is abhorrent though.
