Goodwill Glastonbury Store & Donation Station — Attraction in Glastonbury

Was sexually harassed by the store manager at this location. Now i just simply don't shop there anymore because of how uncomfortable he made me feel. I Tried to call corporate and inform them of the disgusting things that go on at this location, well as it turns out I was ignored and not taken seriously. As a person who lives every day with a chronic lifelong disability this was not expected when popping into my local neighborhood goodwill store. As I remember the woman who managed the place before was very friendly and her employees always went above and beyond to help and be welcoming towards customers even ones who suffer with a disability. The place has some great items if you have the time to waste rummaging through EVERYTHING. Clothing is not organized at all except by what seems like color? I don't have the time to waste going through racks of dresses to find POSSIBLY something that fits me. Please organize by size, THEN color. I'm constantly finding items in the wrong size areas throughout the store. I understand this is probably a constant battle with customers probably not putting things back where they belong, but I've been to other Goodwill stores where this isn't nearly as much of an issue. The "brick brack" area is a disaster as well. I don't feel like digging around to look at items. Again, this store needs an organization overhaul. I'd expect more from...

Kinda sucks when you have expectations of kindness walking into goodwill knowing that people shop here because they don’t have much money and they don’t have many items / clothes. With that being said I just left goodwill and I saw this hoodie for a school that my son goes took it was marked 5.99 and I asked the man at the register if he could possibly sell it to me for $5 he said no right away and then I asked if they had bags because I was on foot and he said yeah but they’re a dollar.
