I would give this place a 0/5. A lot of the women on the floor are very sweet, and clearly care to help. I know retail is a tough job. However the manager here was not professional or kind. I needed a refund and was open to store credit since it was my fault that the tags were removed, (a big no for company policy). However the size was wrong and I had worn it for five minutes. Instead of offering me store credit, the manager gave me a firm, straight “you can shop around today and pick something to buy now. We cannot put it on a gift card”. It was clear that she was unwilling to work with me to fix the issue. I did not see anything I liked in the store for this season. I also didn’t have time to shop. The money is still going to the business, and I can still come back with the gift card anytime. I was given the concierge number, and the gentlemen immediately knew the situation on the phone when I called. He offered me store credit, something the manager was capable of doing in the first place. And if she couldn’t, she could have simply explained to me that I needed to call the number first for approval of this process. It’s not hard to be patient, kind, and understanding with customers who are clearly spending money on the great clothing this company has. I work in hospitality, and I truly am understanding that it’s tough with customers sometimes. This was not that case. Customers matter. It’s the reason you have business. Read moreI went here just yesterday and after having a baby and being super bloated etc (pms) I was looking for some new clothes for my changing body, not the best time to shop emotionally but I needed new clothes that made me feel good and fit well! ALL of the ladies in this store had a smile on their face (not forced) and were super super kind and helpful! It was SO appreciated 🥹! I tried on TONS of clothes and they worked together as a team to help me and everyone else in the store (manager included). It was a beautiful experience and I started in a bummed mood and soon found myself smiling and strutting around in some new beautiful outfits that made me feel like a million bucks! Read moreI went yesterday to buy 2 suits for my job and I felt discriminate. I already had choose 2 pants and an associate ask me if she could take the clothes, that she will prepare a fitting room for me and she ask my name. Until there everything ok, but I notice that they only did that to me. I felt bad and decided just to try those 2 pair of pants. Went to the fitting rooms to try the pants they didn't fit me and ask an associate for a larger size, they had me waiting more than 20 minutes in the fitting room. I ask them again, she said they are looking for it and I just decided to leave. Beacuse I saw that the other customers were getting there clothes ASAP.
