I am loyal tiffany client with multiple purchases from the brand. When I visited the American at Brand location, nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. Judging me based off of my appearance deemed me not a potential customer for them so they decided to ignore me even when there was nobody else to service. I was extremely disappointed since I love Tiffany jewlery and was looking to make another purchase to add to my everyday stack that I have previously bought from this location. Not greeting me and discriminating against me based off of my age and appearance did not make me want to make another purchase and turned away business. Worst Tiffany experience ever. I asked them to shorten my necklace and paid $70 for it. The guy who helped me was very unprofessional and rude. He didn’t even measure the size. I thought he was very good and maybe he could just do it with his eyes. It turned out the modified necklace would choke me to death. I had to wait another two weeks. Several weeks after I received my necklace, I wanted it to be slightly modified because they told me alteration is free within 6 months.
