Arizona Diamond Center — Attraction in Glendale

I've been coming here since 2009, this is where my husband chose my wedding rings and warranty with 6 month inspections.

Originally it was at Arrowhead mall, then that site closed down and I was going to Desert Sky mall (a different socio-economic area from Arrowhead).

Now they are located at the Tanger outlets near Westgate - a nice, central location. A bit tricky to find - but using the outlet maps worked.

I did recognize a few staff from years ago. My husband stopped getting inspection reminder calls and I just realized it's been a while, didn't realize they last 5 years with the warranty.

Once a ring is over 5 years, renewing the warranty is 10% of ring value - so bear that in mind when purchasing, it would be about $1k for me to purchase a new 5-year warranty, something I wasn't ready for today.

The girl at the desk "Maggie" was very nice. The gent that tightened the stones and rhodium dipped/shined the ring was also very nice, I recognize him from years ago too.

When my ring was upgraded years ago the main stone was placed "square" to the ring where the smaller version was a "kite" (diamond) setting. Today while he was already working on the ring he reset it for me back to how it looked when...

I got my ring resized last week. They were super nice when I walked in and they got my ring resized in a few hours. However, when I picked it up my white gold ring, I could see yellow gold, where they soldered it back together and some parts of the band and the prongs. They took it back to rhodium plate it again, but it still came out with a few yellow spots. they did it twice. They seemed a little bit bothered, but I was just trying to not be pain in the butt. they said my engagement ring didn’t wanna take the rhodium plating because something else was on it. However, I got engaged a week prior so my ring is practically brand new and I haven’t done anything to scuff it up yet. I’ve been babying it. However, now the bottom part of my band is thinner than the rest of my ring now. And I took it somewhere else. The next day to get it rhodium plated again because I did not wanna see the yellow gold on it. I’m just upset. The bottom of band is thinner than the rest of my ring now.

They called me back, saying that they’re willing to fix my ring and that they’re generally sorry for the work...

Page Down*🤣🤣 I have purchased several $1000 from the Arizona diamond center at tinger outlets. I have nothing but praises for Gabriella and for Myra.. And when it comes to Rita that's a whole number of stories she actually needs to be fired. Thanks to her I will most likely never shop there again she's rude, and professional, be professional, and childish. Someone needs to show her the definition of customer service. I did really appreciate Myra and Gabriella apologizing for her since they were there and witnessed exactly how she treated me. In front of my sons to make matters even worse. I'm still on the fence rather I will shop with them again or just find somewhere else. If not for Rita this would've been a perfect 5 star review. I will be reaching out to the owner and advising him of how he lost a customer due to her actions. By the way she was just as nasty last night when I went there.
