COACH Outlet — Local services in Glendale

Went shopping today 10/23 and dropped almost $1000. Was this close to making the cashier return it all after check out. The young man who helped on the floor I believe his name is Dontae was awesome, super friendly and helpful and after chatting with him a bit seems he hasn't worked there long but great attitude. The tall blonde woman with glasses who rang me up I think her name is Aleah (I'm only guessing cuz that's the name where it says operator on the receipt) needs to get checked. Super disrespectful attitude, rolled her eyes at me more than once, I asked for a gift bag to fit a certain bag rolled her eyes and told me those are $10, sure no problem, I've been there enough times to know they aren't free. At the end of my checkout I asked if I could take a look at the bin of free straps as I wanted to find a longer strap for my moms purse and a brown strap for a bag I also purchased, we got a few weeks ago. She proceeded to tell me well for which bag... and again rolls her eyes at me. And I said I just wanted to see what they had. Roller her eyes, She brought out the bin I saw a couple straps and asked if I could have these ones, mind you I've always got a couple straps at a time and never been denied taking 1-3 straps why because they are free, she tells me no you can't have those they are first come first serve so you can only take 1 and look at that rolling her eyes AGAIN, So I took 1 and placed it in my bag. Not a thanks for coming in, farewell greeting, have a goodnight. Nada. Honestly I stopped at the front door and almost turned around to have her return everything out of principle but since I named Dante's name I didn't want him to loose out on commission or the sale. Anyways, someone needs to check that woman cuz if it ain't corporate it's going to be the right customer on...

Today is Mother's Day my sweet daughter who works at Westgate got off work and went to the coach store to buy me (her momma a gift ) she had worked all week and was getting me a last minute gift before coming home still in her uniform when a rude sales woman Michelle made her feel bad ,she came home in tears she treated my daughter like a thief !! Like she was gonna shop lift , like Victoria secret has drawers with bras that you can browse through coach has some drawers for small wallets also , well apparently my daughter mistakenly opened one that was meant for employees thinking it was one with wallets and this woman made her feel like a thief because she mistakenly opened the wrong drawer and like a momma bear I called this woman and told her how she made my daughter feel she said she apologized to my daughter my daughter said it was a lie if she did then she would have not felt bad and upset my husband always shops there for me new bags wallets purse but not so sure now this person should not be working with customers if she racially profiles them my daughter is a tomboy mexican/Hawaiian young lady never ever again feeling...

My husband and I recently went to this store looking to buy wallets together and I was looking for a new bag for myself we do this a couple times a year we love coach! I have several coach bags and have been buying coach for years. This store is clean and organized with many options I can say that but the staff is so rude. From the moment we walked in not one person said welcome or anything. Then we had a question they quickly tell you the price and move on, way to make a good impression. One guy they had working by the door was only concerned with watching us like we were doing something wrong. My husband and I put our stuff back on the shelf and walked out . I will never visit this coach...
