Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Glendale

A reason why Dutch Bros is a great coffee place is because of their great customer service. As Dutch bros always says, “Dutch Bros strives to be a force for good through outstanding customer service and killer coffee.” They totally keep their word on that promise. The employees always greet people with a big smile and have a positive attitude. It could be the hottest or coldest day of the year and they never fail to bring their best attitude to work. As people pull up to the widow, the employees actually make conversation with the customers. Other places usually shut the window on you and open it up just to give you what you ordered. If you tell the employees that it’s your birthday and you give them proof, the whole staff screams happy birthday. They also customize your cup by writing happy birthday and put sprinkles on it too. “…we will continue serving our customers as individuals and with dignity, respect and kindness” (Dutch Bros Coffee). They have gained the popularity of many because of their amazing service, and how quickly they work to get orders out to people. Considering the fact that they have lines that that are about 40 minutes long, they work harder than ever to make sure those lines cut down shorter. The staff goes above and beyond, and truly care about their customers. Giving them the best possible experience every time...

So we came through the drive through and the girl asked for our order before we could even get to the menu and when si told her that she said “bummer, so what would you like to order?” Again I told her there was no menu and wouldn’t offer us one and just stood there looking at us and we just ordered two iced coffees then and a tea then she says “ oh it’s just going to ask you a few questions if you want to leave a tip” as she shows us the iPad . and when we get to the window and I’m explaining to the guy at the drive thru window (African American with curly hair) about what happened he said “ low key I didn’t hear that ma’am “ and I said “high key she was rushing us for our order but didn’t forget to ask for her tip” and he just looked at me with a annoyed face and said”I have 3 drinks for you ma’am “ and “Happy Easter” they are so quick to ask for a quick and don’t help at all when you have a question and are extremely rude when you mention an issue. I’m a mom of two kids and “ma’am is not offensive but the way he said it was.they forget that is paying and coming back pays their bills. I came on a monday night. Memorial day, May 28, 2018 at 8:40pm trying to get a drink of my own with my family. I was next in line as soon as i got there because the cars were moving already and the teenage girl that was pulling cars said no that there was no space and asked to move along because there was no space, so i did and next thing i know, the car behind me gets the spot beacuse the worker let them in but not us. Again, the line was moving when i was there. So i come back around and again she says to leave and starts giving me attitude to leave this and that, she even blocks the line so i wouldnt of gotten in when there was literally space being so disrepectful knowing there was space for me to get in line. It seemed as if she didnt want me there. I felt very disgusted by this locations working environment. Never coming to this location again if it keeps being like that.
