Ms Kawaii Eyelash - Glendale — Attraction in Glendale

I came to get my lashes refilled after a month of not coming to mskawaii. I had to to come to a new lash technician, because my old one left. This new lash technician put this last removal on my lashes, and it started burning. I told her over and over again that the lash removal was burning and she started rubbing. The lash removal doesn’t have any ingredients on the label and they have on my file I’m allergic to Aloe Vera. I had to finally yell at her that it was burning and she removed it. When I opened my eyes, my eyes were swollen and hurting so bad I left and went to the hospital and they told me I almost had second-degree Burns (I could’ve have been blinded). They gave me an ointment for my lash line that had the Burns. I contacted Miss Kawaii about what happened and sent pictures. They told me to come in so they could try to see what what’s going on. I waited over 30 minutes for a lash technician to see me. As I’m waiting I watched and video taped the lash techs as they laughed and walked around. I even took videos of them, laughing and walking around. It was very racially discriminative how I was treated when I came in. I came here for the first time almost 2 weeks and I still have a full set on the retention was great I have an appointment this coming week but like I said I still have a full set I am very very satisfied with their service they not only know what they’re doing but they’re also very friendly you could ask them any questions and they’re willing to answer also if you are not satisfied you could come back and they will retouch you with no cost which made me very happy because I am very picky so I did have to go back the next day but immediately she fixed it and did not give attitude at all I am a very satisfied customer I think I found my new lash home my eyelash technician is Vinie But I’m sure all the other girls are just as good because while I was there I was looking at people leave and they all had beautiful lashes like I said I am very satisfied by the way I used to go up the street to Beauty utopia and they made a mess on my lashes I constantly had to go back and by the end they just ruined my Lashes so I am very thankful for this place and it’s close by and the prices are...

Very disappointed!!! I made appointment with Coco. I got a text a day before to confirm my appointment and was confirmed with the same lash tech Coco. When I got there and checked in they changed my lash tech to someone else. Mind you I’m coming from Santa Clarita and already had my day scheduled accordingly. So I had no choice but to stay. When I called the number they text you after to rate your lash tech I told them what had happened and how come they didn’t call me or text me regarding the lash tech. They just told me that next time I make appointment online that I should put on the notes "to not changed the technician". Like WHAT THE HECK!!!
