Service is always very prompt and friendly. They do a great job when I have questions about all the different baklava's. The baklava is very fresh, crisp, flaky, and very flavorful. I never go in with a specific plan, but just order about a dozen of various ones. Everything looks so good, so can never remember what I ordered the last time. I don't mind as has never been disappointed. Overall through, my favorites are the pistachio ones. They are naturally sweet, but don't have the overwhelming sweet taste.
